In areas with proper sanitation it makes less of a difference, in sub-Saharan africa it makes a big difference. You cant always be sure someone is keeping their junk clean, but you can permanently reduce the chance of HIV transmission through circumcision in an epidemic situation which is what I've been saying the whole time

Interesting source, but in going to have to go with the CDC guidelines on the subject. There are other sources as well, I couldn't find any that support your claim that were not obviously biased. Think about it for a second. Why circumcise all those men for no reason? If you're against circumcision that's okay, but pretending it has no medical benefit is inaccurate.
