Calling bullshit on people not being born scrawny. So is a woman not born scrawny? A woman and a man doing the same training regimen and calories above TDEE and type of diet are going to have very different results. Variations also exist between men. A scrawny man often simply doesn't have the genetics for easily putting on and maintaining muscle mass.
