What is the best route for autistic men to take in regards to dating?I’m ADHD, I don’t really conform to traditional masculinity in some ways (though in others I do) the last two women I dated thought I was gay when they met me, still dated them. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 18/02/22 06:55 PM
Twenty-six percent of Americans ages 18 and up didn't have sex once over the past 12 months,It’s because the rise in IUDs and PREP has led to a decrease in the use of condoms. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 17/02/22 02:09 AM
Q4W: Do you dance and sing along to misogynistic rap lyrics? But like how many feminists dance to that old ice cube song? His music was meant to shock. I remember when Rick Ross made a (much more subtle) rape reference in a song there was lits of articles about it. Other than that one example, I can’t think of any lyrics by a contemporarily popular artist that condoned raping women. At least not in the cancel culture era. I’m sure there’s some rappers out there who have, but not in any songs that are played “in the club” as you repeatedly claim. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 17/02/22 12:16 AM
Q4W: Do you dance and sing along to misogynistic rap lyrics? Why would someone not that popular generate as much outrage as someone popular? Also this was back in the 90s, just realized this song was from doggystyle, that album generated a shitload of controversy at the time. But none of those lyrics are about rape. Saying the homies can hit it does not insinuate a rape. Now the ice cube lyrics you quote are terrible, again you are picking lyrics from the 1990 though. Comedians could get away with saying a lot more back then too. That being said, Ice cube… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 16/02/22 11:56 PM
Q4W: Do you dance and sing along to misogynistic rap lyrics?Kurupt was some minor rapper in the 90s, none on these lyrics reference rape, not sure why you would expect this to generate as much outrage as a very famous comedian making a rape joke. Also I’ve never heard any outrage over that Sarah Silverman joke anyways. And there was plenty of moral outrage over hip hop lyrics back in the 90s when this song came out, there still is. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 16/02/22 11:38 PM
Q4W: Do you dance and sing along to misogynistic rap lyrics?Ain’t no fun if the homies have none is not clearly a reference to sexual assault to me. Rape jokes are obviously terrible because they are making a joke out of rape. The video game thing is a bit different. Probably depends on whether it’s an rpg or not, it’s mostly that the video game specialization is ridiculous and makes it hard to enjoy the game. It also breaks immersion to see women with like bra armor. Sexualization of women in hip hop is called out all the time. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 16/02/22 10:12 PM
Be honest, in your personal life, do you see more women punching up, or men punching up?No, women rated 80% of the men on OKCupid as below average, which is very believable. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 16/02/22 02:55 PM
Be honest, in your personal life, do you see more women punching up, or men punching up?Attractiveness women punching up, overall quality men punching up. But that’s just based on the particular men and women I know and the peculiarities of my social network. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 16/02/22 02:51 PM
Q4W: Do you dance and sing along to misogynistic rap lyrics? In comedy the point is what is said, in music that’s not necessarily the case. Comedy is usually a form of commentary or critique, music only occasionally. There are rappers who get flak for taking it too far. Eminem who was at the half time show is one of them, though people maybe just don’t remember his controversial lyrics from 15+ years ago. Also, misogyny in hip hop and in comedy tends to be expressed very differently. The messaging in one is not necessarily as harmful as the messaging in a… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 16/02/22 02:48 PM
Men are hypergamous too, but with looksEhh, my views may be skewed but my point still stands, even on the scale you sent, 6-8 is still within the range of average to moderately attractive. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 07/02/22 09:37 AM
Men are hypergamous too, but with looksI find that scale difficult to use for a number of reasons, a big one being that the photos/beauty standards/haircuts appear very dated. There’s almost nobody on the whole scale I find particularly attractive. But if I strain to apply the scale, I would say most pornstars fall within the 6-8 range, which is still pretty average to moderately attractive. But even a lot of the 9s on that scale look like 7s at best. My thoughts are probably also skewed by the fact I live in a medium size, high inco… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 07/02/22 08:44 AM
Men are hypergamous too, but with looksYou must live in the south or you are in an older age group | /r/PurplePillDebate | 07/02/22 08:27 AM
Men are hypergamous too, but with looksNo he’s right there’s few ugly porn stars but few really hot ones either, most are pretty average up to moderately attractive. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 07/02/22 02:53 AM
Do women value a guy’s status or overall looks more?I said “pretty good money.” I’m in the US. There’s a huge difference between a professor, and an adjunct professor who is really not a professor, just an instructor. And it will depend a lot on the field (med school professor might make close to a million a year while an English professor might make a lot less). I know at least one professor I had in undergrad make over 400k, she was a linguist, though a famous one within the field, my law school professors obviously made hundreds of thousands o… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 28/01/22 04:28 PM
Do women value a guy’s status or overall looks more?Professor is a very high status job actually, one of the most high status jobs. Though it might be perceived as more so among other high status people who are aware of how difficult it is to become a tenured professor. Also they make pretty good money. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 28/01/22 05:19 AM
Men are upset about being "boyfriend material" because it offers the same amount of validation that seeing a prostitute doesI never contributed a dime more than half in my last relationship until 6 years in when she was a poor grad student and I was a working attorney. Even then I didn’t really pay for anything. I already had my own apartment and I let her move in for free when her school went remote. I was already paying that amount of rent every month and could afford to so I let her sublet her place (she didn’t get the full amount of her rent back from the sublet) and stay with me free of charge. That’s about the … | /r/PurplePillDebate | 24/01/22 05:08 PM
Women who complain about men watching porn have the same argument as men complaining about average women fucking top-tier menWomen say that men who watch porn have unrealistic expectations about sex. This is largely due to women in porn being far more attractive than the average woman Next time you nut, try that assessment again and see if it still works | /r/PurplePillDebate | 20/01/22 09:43 PM
"Power Imbalances" are part and parcel of consensual relationshipsMany if not most men are not happy to settle for little, I’m not, you shouldn’t be. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 20/01/22 04:05 PM
Detaching sex from love is the biggest reason high N count women are usually avoided for serious relationships.Oh wow I’ve just been utterly destroyed by a logic bro, he even pointed out how I didn’t use perfect grammar while typing on Reddit on my phone. Also what’s wrong with shaming misogynists? I didn’t rebut what he said because I too don’t like to date women who sleep around a lot, but I also personally do not like to sleep around a lot. So I have nothing to rebut since I sort of agree with the underlying premise. What I didn’t like was the attitude, entitlement, and yes shaming of how he WROTE the… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/12/21 01:12 PM

Detaching sex from love is the biggest reason high N count women are usually avoided for serious relationships. Why just women? I suppose it’s a valid personal opinion to have about people in general but when you say “high N count women” are not good for relationships it’s pretty safe to assume your just a massive misogynist. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/12/21 12:34 AM

Do irreligious conservative women exist? There have been many libertarian women checking in but that’s not what he wants. He wants a white blonde lady barefoot and pregnant, cleaning his house, having dinner ready when he gets home, and telling him what a strong man he is before he goes to bed. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 04/12/21 09:54 PM
Do irreligious conservative women exist? He cares about social conservativism. Lots of men are socially conservative because patriarchy is one of the core tenets of social conservatism and it’s fairly natural an unsurprising that men would support patriarchy. There’s few rational normal reasons for a woman to support patriarchy unless they believe it’s divinely ordained. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 04/12/21 09:50 PM
