0	How can I learn to become a man? Do you lift? Do you train to fight? If not, pick at least one of those things and begin doing it regularly. Training will improve your mind, body and spirit in ways which you might currently think impossible. If you stick to even a half-decent schedule (three days per week) you will see results within months (if not sooner).
