| 1 | Why are all women the same? Some mammal species are tornamet and others a pair bonding. Larger stronger males that fight well are the tournament kind, like beta fish and peacocks. But in pair bonding males and females look almost the same and often mate for life and look after kids together. Humans are a little bit of both. Some couples resemble tournament species and some couples resemble pair bonding. This is from Robert Sapolsky's behavioural biology lecture series.
