Depends on the college. If it's a corporate, private college that has multiple branded campuses across the country, and its only entry requirement is a pass in English, then you're going to see much more incompetence, laziness and stupidity there.

I heard that its basically a dice roll whether you get it or not. Sometimes customs intercepts it, other times it gets through. How has your experience been?

And call the number the moment she gives it to you, people. I can't stress that enough.

Artist myself. In my teens, I would carry around my sketchbook because I always got a quick fix of self esteem when total strangers complimented me on my skills. It didn't mean that I made lasting friends with people. I still used to draw on the way to work and that would often start nice conversations with people who would be genuinely amazed that somebody took time to draw them. That was a good feeling. It never helped as an opener to hitting on a girl, though. (One on the bus called me Picass…

Good advice. I've been talking to this one girl for a month who I'm not really into, but this other girl I quite like I couldn't manage more than two conversations with. I give too much of a fuck.

They are probably not flirting with you. Single girls are just much more guarded because they don't want to give you the wrong impression - girls in relationships are more outgoing and friendly because having a boyfriend i s usually more than enough info you need to back off. Sorry dude.

I was once knocked over in the mosh pit at Gojira gig. The two biggest guys on the floor got some others to form a small barricade of bodies around me while they helped me up. I swear metalheads are the most wholesome fucking bunch

Low self esteem more often than not can make you think the latter a lot. But what do you actually have that she wants from you? Money? Ask to split the bill, buy no more than one drink, don't tell her how much you make or where you live, drive her around in a single dad car. Don't spoil her, do things in teams. What else could she want from you? A job? A promotion? Learn from #metoo, don't shit where you eat. Just don't outwardly show that you jab anything worthwhile except the things you want t…

I think there is a plan, and it blends in with mindfulness meditation. Every time you have a self sabotaging thought, notice it, stop yourself, and use it as an opportunity to implant an affirming thought instead. Sit down and write a few positive things about yourself, and recall them every time negative thoughts pop up. It doesn't matter if you don't think its true because its about embedding belief rather than convincing yourself with logic. Good luck

What's that phrase.. "You miss every shot you don't take?" You might as well take every shot that you come across. There's no real consequence for losing (provided you don't shit where you eat) and eventually you might get a yes.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
