When does JBP encourage gradually changing behaviour? As far as I know, he doesn’t. He tells you to “stop doing the things you know you shouldn’t do and start doing the things you know you should do”. Now, he doesn’t tell you to do all at once, but for every individual item I’m not sure how effective the slow-but-steady approach is. It’s an approach that is often encouraged in self improvement circles, although rarely does it come with any evidence as to be the most useful one. And I’m absolutel…

It’s called the anger phase, and it’s allowed on this board although not necessarily encouraged. Read the sidebar.

So you automatically disagree with everything Peterson says because he’s in a different tribe than you are? Take your head out of your triggered ass and start attacking the idea, not the person.

I haven’t seen any comments so far that I would classify as ‘zealous’, but I have noticed your name at least a dozen times, so there’s that. You seem to be awfully invested in this subject, yet accuse others of zealotry.

Test Enanthate This all you used, or other supplements too? Don’t you have to keep you estrogen in check when boosting test?

This is what happened to me minus the prescription part. Over where I live, getting a prescription is near impossible. Not sure what I do now. Not too eager to do TRT all by myself without a doctor’s supervision although that might be the only solution.

Sounds interesting. Do you have any non-clickbait source for the diet thing? I would like to try it out myself.

Best post is always in the comments. Proper DGAF attitude is infinitely more useful in life than a formula to calculate your SMV.

Use > to quote. You can install RES, it will teach you how to use reddit properly. To gain weight, it's as simple as taking in more calories than you expend. You can install a calorie tracking app on your phone to help you. It will basically boil down to eating more than you are currently doing. Simple, but not easy. Also, be careful with sugar. You cant and shouldnt avoid it completely, but that shit is addicting as fuck. I say this because some people will tell you to eat anything including fa…

If you're being treated like a loser and you, like you said, get laid less than monks, I'm having a hard time believing you on your word you're attractive. Attractiveness isn't only looks either, if you sperg out at the sight of a girl she's obviously gonna treat you like a loser. All I know is TRP is filled with people claiming being the silent type is the way to go, and other people taking the charismatic, more talkative route. Seems to me both methods work as long as you're confident in your …

Most of it is a case of Be attractive. Don't be unattractive. Women will rationalize it how they want. An attractive, silent guy is mysterious. An unattractive silent guy is a creep. An attractive talkative guy is fun to be around/confident. An unattractive talkative guy is annoying/attention seeking.

Don't feel too worried about this. If there are any 'men' out there who buy into this drivel, they deserve to have their genes removed from the pool by their so called Bull. It's basically a problem that solves itself.

Please, don't have a vasectomy. You have to realize that's exactly what they want. For strong, capable, intelligent men to be discouraged to have children. Use a surrogate mother if necessary. People like us are a dying breed. If you want a son, don't let bullshit like this hold you back. Instead, be the best example for your child(ren) you can be.

You cannot really tell if someone is happy just because they put up a cheerful appearance. Many overly optimistic people are depressed, they're just good at hiding it. I strongly agree with your last paragraph, though.

It seems you missed the memo that said men cannot be raped. It was next to the one that whites cannot be racism victims.

Yup. No logic there, just emotion. Same thing in traffic. You might legally have right of way, but if you end up crippled or dead in an accident because you didn't look to the right, who really cares? So many people just blast past dangerous traffic areas without looking because 'they have right of way'. Ofcourse any female who experiences sexual assault is legally never wrong, no matter what she's wearing, what she's doing, who she's with etc. But the legal side only matters in court. You'd thi…

It's the female dualistic dating strategy; Alpha Fucks (guys who's she's genuinely attracted to, but who will rarely offer longterm relationships) and Beta Bucks, the providers who offer money/power/validation. Used to be that women could only pick one, but thanks to feminism and betafication of men that seems to be no longer the case.

It should be debatable, just like everything else on this sub. If you are still blindly accepting information without critically thinking, you aren't RP in the slightest.

It doesn't matter who is to blame. Pointing fingers gets you nowhere. It's about how you deal with the cards you're dealt.

Could you eloborate on reading philosophy? For example, what would be a good book/article to start with? I don't live anywhere near a library, but I'll go out of my way to find one if needed.

I still don't understand why. I've had very recent experience with a girl doing something similar. In essence it also was a lie a BP would eagerly believe. I don't see her personal interest in doing so. She gets nothing out of it, except maybe the feeling of being a good samaritan.

Thank you. I'm getting sick of this 'if genders were reversed' trend. In this case, OP's post thankfully offers more than just that idea. Still though. Out of all subs, we should be the ones to embrace gender 'inequality' for what it is, and be happy men and women are different. Yeah women get away with a lot of shit. Too bad, deal with it, that's why we're here in the first place. To deal with shit, not to complain about it.

It's a shame to see you downvoted man. Truth is, AWALT. It's a man's own responsibility to accept and live with it. We can sit here twisting words over whether a female's actions are morally wrong or not, but in the end, it's more useful to be prepared for them. BPers will get used and dumped, that's just the truth. Better to accept it and deal with it, better yet, prevent it from happening to yourself.

He didn't ask for the meaning of the word median, he asked for THE median (of partner count). Funny how you insult him, yet can't interpret a normal English sentence. Excellent explanation otherwise, but get off your high horse.

Don't let anyone tell you what you need in your life. Nobody but you can figure that out. Especially not the cockbrains who value people based on whether or not they're in an LTR. Keep up the good work brother.

It is the mournful moan of your ego hurting because you're supposedly not good enough to ever meet someone even better than Rose. So incredibly well said. That really hit home.

Fair enough, I absolutely agree with what you just said, but you can't deny it was reasonable for me to assume you were implying I was one of those people you are talking about, as you were reaffirming someone who did just that. In my original comment I was expressing my distaste about humble bragging, and that it happened to be about somebody's height wasn't relevant. It could've been about a car or dick size or money, I find it annoying in all cases. Not because I am lacking in those departmen…

I'm not a short person myself and I don't see how that would have anything to do with what I posted. Really would expect more than a weak ad hominem from Illimitableman.

The average height for American males (I assume you are American as you used imperial measurements) is 5'7. Don't say 'only' 5'10, it makes it sound like you're humble bragging which I personally find incredibly annoying.
