You didn't organize this post into a rigid and logical hierarchy like a real patriarch would

I do it several times a day because I now find it to be incredibly enjoyable. Sometimes I drift into a ultra-relaxed state where I can feel the energy flowing through my head more freely than ever before, like it's a well oiled machine. For a few fleeting moments it feels like my mind is humming with power. These moments began happening only after about two months of diligent practice. These moments don't happen every time I do it, and when they do, they only last a few minutes. I've heard that …

I've been doing concentration meditation for about four months now. I've been very serious about it and I have seen very encouraging progress. I cannot recommend it enough. It's an amazing thing to realize that involuntary responses (anxiety, irritation, anger) can be changed. It's not an easy fix, but it's doable. I was never aware of how deep my pit of despair was until I began to climb out of it with meditation and healthy living. I suspect most people are in a similar pit.

You can't say that, man. She actually can't communicate like an adult.

Have my cautious upvote. I've been supplementing 12.5 mgs of iodine (equivalent of Iodoral) for about 3 months now. The detox was notable, but I now feel fucking fantastic. It's almost too good to be true. I've been scouring the web looking for the long term dangers of taking this dose, but there's no smoking gun that I know of. I am enjoying my iodine experiment, though.

I'm in a similar situation. Me leaving = relapse. It's infuriating.

Do you think leaving her will make her relapse?

Do nofap. Quitting porn without nofap is useless. Masturbating depletes crucial hormones that are needed in every area of the body. Have a google about it. It fucks your body up big time. It's some scary shit. Go a full 90 days. I'm on day 35 and it has been life changing. It won't be easy, but it's not that hard either.

Yeah, it was only until after I quit that I realized that I had done some serious damage. I have no faith in psychiatrists. They're talking monkeys just like me. Their ability to pinpoint my problems is entirely dependent on my ability to communicate them. If anyone could help me, I would say it's an endocrinologist. My understanding of the endocrine system is that it produces hormones/emotions (I view them as the same thing) in response to any and all stimuli. This includes communication stimul…

This is what happened to me. I used to be a generally charismatic person before a year long stint with psychedelics (street acid 18x and shrooms 3x). Now I'm totally disconnected from "consensus reality." AKA I can't easily relate to people. I think about things that people don't typically think about. Big picture stuff. My favorite thoughts typically have very little conversational value. If I can turn these thoughts into something productive, I'll count my dain bramage as a blessing. Until the…

If you're so fucking logical, then why the hell do you trust the FDA's perspective on anything?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
