Not sure how much you have played but paintball has been the catalyst to alot of fist fights between friends. The best way to help if you go to far is to over warn before you go. Tell her that shit hurts and let her decide. Lighting someone up with a paintball gun is a quick way to incite rage especially if they do not expect it to hurt.
