Depends on the state I’m told. But technically, going by the FBI legal definition, women can be charged with rape. But they need to penetrate with body part or object. Sex on its own doesn’t suffice.

Doesn’t rape legally require the assailant to be a man, or at least have a penis? Look up the legal definition of rape. Edit: Penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, without the consent of the victim So no dick required technically, but unless she fisted him or similar then it’s not rape.
