3	Don't hide how you feel. Men are allowed to feel sad. Usually letting base emotions like anger impact your judgement leads to less happiness in your life. Feeling emotions of any type are not only not bad, but inevitable. But, if you are often taken by bouts of anger or jealousy or whatever negative emotion, then that'd probably an issue you need to address.
