Hey man. I feel you. One month ago I celebrated my 28th birthday. I've realized the same thing now that I haven't been doing things the way I had to although I knew about the Red pill many years ago and I had done some good things like lifting, I had some success with women but never felt happy or like a real man, a grown-up. Self-confidence and self-esteem were very low and it was just killing me inside. A huge epiphany nowadays was realizing how dependent I am on my mother, how destructive to …

Thanks for sharing this. Your story is interesting. It's a very strong decision and I wish you all the best in your life. You've got balls to stand out for your own interests. Would you mind to share what exact path had you chosen and what are you going to pursue now?

Yeah, it's probably true what you're saying here.

I'm not insecure. I thought this girl can be a good candidate for LTR. I'm just trying to understand what kind of person she is and whether she's worth my time.

Lol. Can you elaborate?

That's what I was thinking. No more emotional investments on her. First impression was that she'd a good candidate for LTR. Now back to level 1.

8) Don't buy every sentence you read on the internet, this sub included. Create your own rules, know your own values. There's no wrong or right. Just do things you are happy about and enjoy life. Every day.

Lifting is one of the most important things reclaiming one's masculinity and unplugging. Not the only one, though. Mental frame and integrity are also very important. Fear of being your true self (man) and giving fucks for others' opinions about you is more destructive than being out of shape. But yeah, one improvement leads to another. I had those problems few years ago and was without game, but I still got laid occasionally because I did squats, deadlifts, bench presses, overhead presses, weig…

First of all, stop stressing about it. You are in the wrong mindset handling this situation. She will sense that you care so much about her and you will lose attraction instantly. She probably already feels it and that's why she flakes and doesn't text. Just be cool, don't text first. Hit the gym, meet your buddies and don't think about her every damn moment. If you see her as your number 1 priority, it's not good.

I've experienced almost same. I had some decent friends but few of them went blue pill way, others just left the city I live in and now I don't have any good friends. I know a lot of guys with whom I hangout sometimes or play sports, but I can't say they are my good friends or have similar mindset to mine. It would be really nice to make friends with someone who also has RP attitude and are not affected deeply by BP propaganda. I have to start talking to more guys I guess.

I am in the opposite. I am good looking and muscular, but I suck at game. Although I know in theory how I should act but it seems that I am conditioned too much. I am actually quite serious person and I like talking about science, books, movies, philosophy etc. I guess this is my weak spot. I'm really struggling in overcoming it. Especially if the girl isn't very interesting conversationalist.

I was very close to sub 10 % BF this summer. I'm a big guy (200lbs). But after few trips, poor diet I'm again like 12-13%. It's so fucking hard to get back on track when so much other shit going on in life. I personally have not enough rules to my diet and my life in general. Or to say standards. I know I can do this, but somehow in some point I always lose motivation/self control/discipline you name it. Do you have any ideas how to tackle it? In my opinion, it's a hell of a mental fight.

Yeah, it's a big struggle. I think we need to get used to uncomfortable situations and do as many fearful things as possible. I think it's the only way. Because now, unconsciously we think that if we not fit in some situations, we will be punished, pushed away. I always catch myself avoiding mistakes, because I'm afraid that people would think how loser I am. And even in simple stuff. Sometimes I even avoid having my own opinion in order to not offend anyone. As I am pretty muscular guy, sometim…

Last few months I've had a balanced life. Alcohol in moderation, nofap for 2 months, good diet and lifting. Anyway, I don't feel happy. There's always some void in me. I even started smoking during this time to fill the void. Now I quit for few weeks. This weekend I've got so drunk after 7 months or so. I'm battling with myself. I know there's something wrong, I need to change my perception of life.

Can you tell what were the main things that you've changed in your behavior/attitude? I'm trying to implement some changes as I've caught myself giving too many fucks in some social situations.

Give it a try. But it would be few times healthier. Eating fruits in moderation - good, drinking juice - bad. Anyway, if you still want to drink it, one glass there and there won't kill you.

Actually it is. All of them. It's pure sugar (yes, fructose is sugar). It's only good when you consume it in the form of a fruit as it has fibers in it.

Good tip, thanks. I'm now eating not so much vegetables, so maybe this is the case, why I'm always hungry. And on days, when I don't get enough sleep, I have no motivation to eat well.

Sounds like a good, fresh start. From what you've written here, I can assume that you will do fine. Good luck to you and keep that positive vibe ;)

I did it long time ago. My style is Muay Thai, yours? I started only one month ago, but I love it. Seems like I've found new real thing that I like to do. Anyway, I find it hard to move with that extra fat, which is mostly on my legs/abs. Somehow I need to stay at the deficit, but I'm always hungry, lol.

Can anyone suggest a sustainable diet to lose fat? I'm at around 14-15%, doing martial arts, weight lifting. But at the moment, my diet is shitty. I'm eating too much and everything. The thing is that I don't want to lose my mental focus and think every minute about food. My job requires 100% focus all the time. Small deficit would definitely help, but I wanna hear your experiences, certain diets. I did Leangains and it kinda worked, but I would like to try something different.

No no. I've just wanted to see some examples. I used to do that too. Somethong like Zyzz dances. Girls in a club were asking me if I have a girlfriend.

I find this article very useful. Especially the part "Your mood/emotions..." and this "Blame it on her, “it’s your fault” tell her you can’t be near her because it’s not safe for her Blaming your arousal and aggressiveness on HER is a positive source of tension and challenge". Thank you for your efforts. I've up voted and saved this article.

Thanks. I'm gonna definitely try this as I hadn't tried it before. Perhaps you have/had the same problems as I've described above?

I've recently started punching bag after my powerlifting workouts. I do it for 10-15 minutes and sweating like a pig. It's great for cardio and for some basic boxing skills development. There are many videos on youtube for beginners, like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NBbGtIHJJGg I now have met one guy who is going to my gym and he is really good in boxing. I will ask him to teach some basic things, then maybe I will try to go for sparring with someone. This post motivates me even more, …

Thank you all for your recommendations, but I have few questions. I hope you guys could answer them from your experience. 1) What do you think about using something like this http://www.garnier.it/~/media/garnier%20local/it-it/prd-facecare/facecare_brands_pureactive/prod-p10017-big.ashx?h=360&la=it-IT&w=275 for the first two stages? 2) What do you use during and after your post-workout shower? Same routine as in the morning and evening? 3) About diet. Which products are better for acne and which…

Yes, that's what I've wanted to say. In the places like that, HB's become more aware of their SMV as guys can't put their looks away from their bikinis. Not to mention those girls get lots of attention. They know they can get into the circles you are talking about. Well that's the whole point. If talking about status in general, social network sites made a huge impact on that.

Eastern/North European here (Lithuania). I've just came from short vacation in my country. We have a nice seaside here, where come lots of rich people from Russia, Belarus and not so many from the Western Europe. But the majority of people are from my own country (and girls too). My opinions on what I've seen: 1) Being normally fit is not a big advantage anymore. So many men more or less are masculine and unless you have a bodybuilder or fitness model body, no one really cares. 2) Hot (top) girl…

True about the monk mode. Monk mode is good, because you make boundaries and rules for yourself. That makes you keep your frame to it's place. Now I'm in a monk mode and decided not to drink alcohol, because I want to lose my body fat, save up some money and clear my mind. Yesterday I went to the club and I drank only water, although my friends were buying shots for me. I just said no and had fun without alcohol. I know my destination and the rules, so I can hold my frame.

Hopefully it won't happen. My small country is experiencing a lot of propaganda by Russian government. Having in mind situation in Ukraine, it's the real threat for our independence. By being NATO and EU members, we feel more safe. As well as our economy grows rapidly every year. Really bad things are happening nowadays, I hope there won't be collapse of EU or even worse.

This is extremely true. Think of a monk mode. When man starts lifting, caring of himself and career, achieving something, the whole environment finds it hard to accept. Especially beta friends, who only care about horsing around and having fun without any serious future plans. I find myself very hard to keep on a plan and be consistent because of this. But I'm working on it.
