How long do you think it will take before weed is legalised, if it is? In the meantime kids won't be able to see their parents and it'll just bolster the poverty cycle in many urban communities. 3	Women preferred 2:1 over men for STEM faculty positions This reminds me of a neutral gender equity affirmative action policy at one college that would prefer girls over boys until girls became more common than boys at which point it flipped and starting preferring men.
