Get a lawyer with experience in these matters especially if you can afford it, document her disgusting habbits filthy platest ect, you will need to prove shes an unfit mother in court. But yeah lawyer the fuck up asap and then make a plan with your lawyer

" I dropped the charge " Never back down like that again. neither the manager or the customer learned anything, maybe if she was dragged to court for assault there would be some change in her behavior. But by letting her go scout free, you just reinforced her negative behavior and the idea that she can get away with this again.

My man, without having full insight into your current situation, I still feel like it's my duty to give my 2 cents. So here it is. Depending on the rules in your contry, you can (with proof) get a mentally unstable person commited to a psy ward, now if you can get a recording of her threatning to kill herself, it would be a quick entry ticket for her to get professional help that she clearly needs, and a easy ticket for you to exit the relationship. Stay strong.
