i went from talking to no one to at least making work friends. I'm still getting over being a pussy but ive definitley made progress. I started true anti social. whenever i saw someone who wanted to talk, id avoid them. regularly change PSN accounts when i felt someone was getting too freindly. video of it in action. The one example i gave was near perfect but only 1 or 2 out of maybe 10 sections do this. In that section it has a functioning video. it has a workbook of what to do for the week. but in the next section. It has nothing. it had a video but the links broken. They used to have a forum to chat with other member but thats broken as well.

Why not just talk to strangers on the street? its what i did in new york at first but i burned out for some reason. it was like the anxiety was starting to hold the next day. conversations never went bad it just either didnt happen/ignored or people talked for a bit. finding strangers shouldnt be too hard.but thats strongly dependent on where you live as i now know.

Thanks, appreciate it. Have you tried a salsa/dance class? I always thought about it but; i saw a bunch of women twerking in a zumba class and there's just no way i could will myself to do that, not even in private.
