Normal. Don't worry about it. You feel like she's trying to delete you from her life. She is. It's a tough one to accept.

It is hell. Everything about divorce. Just accept that life is difficult and in some way when you accept it you begin to transcend the pain.

I like this is argument. You may be right. Almost always there is no change until there is pain.

Hard not to disagree due to your argument. I got fucked hard...BUT the only way we get out of the kind of society we've become is to do the right thing, turn the other cheek and support yourself by not taking alimony. Maybe do a year or something. But let's be honest, alimony is modern day slavery no matter which way the money flows. Let's prove to the women we aren't a pathetic as they.

Actually you should've asked to pay for other apps too. Sooner she cohabitates or gets married, no more alimony.

Doable. Make general and specific statements about splitting assets and you should feel pretty comfortable. Having said that since this is an uncontested divorce hiring a lawyer should be reasonably cheap to ensure.

A lot of factors determine what will happen. Did you buy the home prior to marriage with money you can prove was yours? Did you mingle who paid the mortgage payments during marriage? Usually you are awarded what was yours pre-marriage and anything gained during marriage is split but I know it's state specific on the laws on that... And don't be surprised if you get screwed. The law favors women especially if they are stay at home, unemployed mother's.

My experience in Utah has been the court just applies whatever the stay at home mother says and if you feel it should be any more you have to order a custody evaluation. Then you may get more but probably not up to 50/50. It's the most unethical experience I've ever been through.

No kids. Much easier. Ask yourself why you chose to marry her in the first place. Then justify your answer.

Better download a voice recorder and run it the entire time you're in her presence. I used a smart watch for better clarity. Even them expected to get screwed.

I feel the same way regularly. It's a natural tendency. However, search your feelings. Is that not where the resentment and anger and pain originate? I still want to treat her how she "deserves" but it's the poison that hurts yourself more than it hurts her if at all. Once you've been hurt that deeply it makes sense to react that way to the person who caused the pain. Unconditional love. Unconditional. It takes practice but to achieve it or even come close is the relief that heals all emotional …

Most X's I'd say. Don't be surprised by the low a woman can go you thought you knew.

Ya. You need proof. Turn on your recorder on your phone when you get your child. Write emails...texts anything that can be traced. Proof proof proof

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
