sort of did that (except the fucking). I asked out this girl 3 times, and she flaked all 3 times. I then got into a serious relationship for 3 yrs with another girl, and the first girl started feeling FOMO. Fast forward, my ex broke up with me and I got into another serious relationship 6 months later. I finally met the first girl. She was heavily flirting, and was distraught to know that I was in another relationship. She played hot and cold for a while, but I started ignoring her after a point…

Lurker here. This is my first post on this subreddit. I am an Indian dude and Tinder is even harder for us guys in India than in Western countries. I got 10 matches till date after using the app for a year regularly swiping right everyday. When I went to Houston for a holiday, I got 3 matches in 3 days, which is still pretty terrible, but it was surprising. I've heard from women as well as read articles which say that women only swipe right on 5% of the profiles, which is insanely picky. Tinder …

This is why Tinder in India is an absolute shitshow for average men. I got 3 matches in 6 months in India, and 3 matches in 3 hours in America(Houston) with literally the same pictures and bio.

Not my Dad. My mother is traditional, as well as my Dad. Yet, they treat each other as equals. Dad's retired, but helps Mom cook, plus he can cook great too. My parents almost never fight and are very happy people. The irony is that theirs was an arranged marriage, yet they're extremely happy and balance liberal as well as conservative values. Never discriminated between my sis and me, and always supported us in our studies, career, etc. Damn, I have the best parents.

Bro, you need to count calories. It is very important, for skinny guys especially. I was 99 lbs last year, in Jan, at 5'10(178 cm). Now I'm 142 lbs at 5'11. I did gain a lot of weight, but I am still skinny, albeit not as much as before. Atleast shirts fit me. The thing is, the moment I started counting calories, I gained weight steadily. Aim for a weight gain of 0.25-0.5kg(0.5-1 lbs) per week. Exceeding this will result in unwanted fat gain. How much do you weigh btw?

Football, as in soccer, lol. I barely see soccer players doing any actual lifting. They do so much cardio.
/r/TheRedPill14/04/17 07:15 PM

Don't get me wrong, I love lifting weights and barely miss a day in the gym. But, can anyone tell me why martial arts or any sport like football, etc isn't stressed upon as much as lifting? Just curious.

Trust me, I've seen guys do biceps and triceps nearly everyday.

Don't forget the bullshit biceps-triceps-chest split.

You're right. I do agree I was frustrated and wanted to express my frustration as to how I was treated, but I'd reply the way you described, to my close friends, LOL. Or if it was a comment on Facebook. I refrained from replying with a similar joke, because I am not a frequent poster on this sub. I'm only a lurker here.

I am not showing off. Neither am I proclaiming myself better than the guy whom I replied to. I am just calling him out on his ignorance, because it pissed me off, and also because it's a common occurrence that I faced when I was in America.
/r/TheRedPill04/04/17 03:49 PM

I understood that. But it just seemed ignorant lol. I've seen Westerners on social media say, "Man stop talking in Hindu" when an Indian guy types in broken English, which doesn't come off as a joke, and comes off more as ignorance, tbh. These are the same people who can't differentiate between turban wearing Sikhs and Muslims..

What in the fuck is a "Hindu" accent? Hinduism is a religion. It's like saying Americans for eg, have a Christian accent. Talk about being ignorant.

Lol I was 178 cm, and now I'm 180.5 cm. I guess fixing my nutrition was the key. I used to barely get 50g of protein a day. I'm 21, so I guess that's there too.

I think 13-14% if I remember right. I started at 9% at 99 lbs. Since I started that low, and my weight hit a plateau for several months(due to not eating enough), my bench is quite low(60 lb dumbbells in each hand for 5 reps and 125 lb barbell bench for 5 reps). I also blame my PT, who used to assist me for nearly every exercise, due to which my stabilizers were horribly weak. I was 132 lbs and stuck at benching 40 lb dumbbells for 10 reps. With a lot of hard work and eating, I moved onto 60. I …

I've experienced this. I think the issue with me personally is that I'm a little too obsessed with the gym, getting pissed off even if I miss a workout or a meal. Since going from 99 lbs skeleton at 5'10 to somewhat decent at 140 at 5'11(I know 140 is still underweight but most of the weight I gained is muscle), my confidence has skyrocketed, I've started getting looks from women, my old shirts now fit me tightly, my T levels are higher, etc. Balance is key. My mom gets weirded out by me weighin…

You guys are cute. I was 99 lbs at 5'10 a year and a half back. Now I'm 140 lbs at 5'11 after a year of hard training. Could've been 160, but I lost weight due to a foreign trip. Planning to hit 176-180 lbs and then cut.

Heh, I was 99 lbs(45 kg) at 5'10 back in December last year. Crazy shit.. Now I'm 137 lbs(62 kg) at 5'11 after a year of training.

So? Just because she has had sex with him dozens of times doesn't give him the right to rape her. Rape is rape, be it a bf/husband or some random dude. And what we're saying here isn't white knighting at all. If he didn't rape her and she filed a false rape case, and we defended her, then it'd be white knighting..

I don't like using the family card, but this case is an exception; Imagine if the same happened to your sister. Her fucknut boyfriend/husband rapes her in drunken rage. Then, would you think? "Lawl he tried to be alpha and failed. My sister is a bitch for dragging him to court" or would you get instant murderous thoughts and would want to beat the asshole bf/husband to death?
/r/TheRedPill10/01/17 09:15 PM

Uh, how is rape considered as 'alpha'?

Bro, I was 99 lbs at 5'10 until December last year. And I didn't look like an Auschwitz survivor, even though I was extremely underweight. I was quite skinny, yes, but even at that low bodyweight, my ribcage wasn't popping out.

I have had chicks that text me that they are peeing And I thought I was the only one that received such texts. A girl I used to like would text me that she's going to pee, which is something very minor, as we don't usually talk about extremely minor details when texting with people.

Really depends, OP. There was this one girl whom I texted day and night for a long time. We even dated for a while. And broke it off cuz she shifted abroad. Anyway, even though I texted her all day, when I met IRL we both were different people. Sure, she knew somewhat about me through texting, but, she told me how mysterious I was IRL, and told me that she thought she had figured me out, but in reality, hadn't. We both were younger and had a shitload of free time, and mind you, a lot of people t…

I don't disagree. However, what I meant was that some people do get to know these things through personal experiences(fucking up a lot of times and learning through these fuck-ups) whereas TRP offers this knowledge beforehand(holding frame, flirting, etc). For example, I learnt about shit-testing(without knowing the word) by observing and experiencing it myself. My first girlfriend texted me through another number pretending to be a girl from my class, and told me how much she liked me and wante…

Lol something similar happened to me. She told me she was "afraid of commitment" when she friendzoned me, and a month later, she got back with her ex. It's women's way of softly rejecting you. However, I wasn't mad at her. I did kind of expect it, and reading about abundance mentality on Quora helped me focus my attention on other attractive prospects, as well as helped me to get my ass to the gym and focusing on building muscle, while simultaneously grooming myself and working on my approaches.…

Yeah. Stepdad was a monster to me from age 10, onwards. It is what it is, I just don't usually count it. I prefer to think I shared my virginity at 22, when I first had sex with my guy, who I cherish dearly. I'm so sorry for what happened. It shouldn't happen with anyone. There are a few of us around. Just not many...It can be difficult to get the point across that we don't want hookups. It's one of those "but everyone's doing it!" things. I still don't understand how people can hook up and just…

Non-consensual? Oh boy.. Reading up the description of demisexual, I am starting to think I kinda lean that way too. And thank you! A recent wave of Indian movies have portrayed the typical way in which things escalate usually in Hollywood; boy meets girl, they make out, and hook up. Things progressing slowly actually keep the sexual tension alive. Before I have sex with someone, I want to be crazy in love with them, as I said. You know, it's almost strange; I don't fantasize about sex with girl…

I come from India and I am somewhat traditional. However, I don't follow my religion strictly. As prudish as this may sound, for me, having sex is a very big thing. I just can't picture the thought of having it with some random girl I met in the bar; hooking up with her and getting the fuck out the next morning. Unlike some guys, I can't simply just move on after having sex with someone. I want to have it with someone I have fallen in love with, preferably after marriage. At most, if I can't con…

Funny. A girl I like touched my biceps and told me she loved it. Being the humblebrag I was, I told her it was nothing. I went from 99 lbs to 140 lbs in some months, most of it muscle. I also told her that gaining muscle is a slow process and it would take atleast a couple years to look decent. She replied with, "That's okay. I'm confident you'll achieve it in 6 months" and obviously told how she loved muscular guys. The most honest girl I ever met. Not unlike other girls who say, "I love dadbod…

The reason bodybuilders grow bigger is because of steroids. With steroids, pump training will help you grow bigger. Naturals should incorporate a mix of strength and hypertrophic training. Metallicadpa's PPL(on mobile rn) has worked wonders for me. You basically limit the reps to 5 on big compound movements, while hitting the 8-10 rep range for isolations, which seems perfect. However, one should try pyramid and reverse pyramid training once in a while to push through plateaus.

(Most) women do not wish to be part of your journey, but they gladly wait for you at the finish-line This. A woman on Facebook commented, "Ladies, you throw away good men because they're still maturing and learning how to be a man, by facing life's tough challenges, working their ass off just to survive, shuffling college and jobs, and in several years, they'll be very mature and financially secure. They'll be complete. If you don't want to support them during their journey, you don't deserve th…

This is why they whine; "Where are all the nice men?!", when they expect hot studs to commit to them, and treat the guy who's not aggressive like shit. They want commitment from the top 10-20% of the guys, but aren't willing to be the top 20% themselves. FAT IS BEAUTIFUL AND I REFUSE TO LOSE WEIGHT AND SHAVE MY ARMPITS CUZ MUH FEMINISM, AND WILL CRITICIZE TRADITIONAL GENDER ROLES, BUT I WANT A MASCULINE 6'2 STALLION, WHO ADHERES TO TRADITIONAL GENDER ROLES. Pathetic.

Only if you can pull it off with ease, and look natural doing it. Your physique also may matter. If you're already jacked or look huge, you can pull it off somewhat decently. I've observed that to attain the whole bad boy image, one has to actually become 'bad' - i.e. stop giving a fuck, a little hint of arrogance, and overall alpha behaviors.

Can confirm this. After developing some confidence from lifting, doing things out of my comfort zone, I get shit tested by my friends. One of my friends always pokes fun at me for no reason. Earlier, I used to just give an awkward smile. But since developing confidence, I retort with a sarcastic jab at him who's skinny as fuck. That shuts him up. He's started respecting me since that day.

About the posture thing, lifting will help with it. Deadlifting and face pulls have fixed my posture. And I've observed that I've naturally become more confident after lifting. After gaining some mass, my shirts fit tightly, and I'm getting a lot of attention from girls which I didn't have before. And this newfound attention has made me more confident, and laid back. Imo, one can build confidence by doing scary stuff; i.e. things that are out of one's comfort zone. Earlier, I had no guts to appr…

Lol, that only happens in remote villages, and mostly in select states, where there is a crazy divide between the rich and the poor. You'll see slums behind a skyscraper. Most of the townfolk and the urban people don't live like that. We live in apartments and bungalows like regular people and use washrooms. It's just a shitty(no pun intended) stereotype that has further tainted the image of Indian people.

Lift heavy, and focus on compound movements. Squats, deadlifts and other hard-hitting compound moves have been proved to cause a boost in testosterone. Eliminate stress from your life, eat and sleep enough. A higher % of body fat has been linked to an increase in estrogen. Healthy body fat levels are 8-15%. And eat a good amount of unsatured fats, as well as saturated fats. Also, do things that scare you; approach a stranger you feel is out of your 'league', force yourself into scary social situ…

Good shit bro. When guys have options, they'll not act needy. I was one of the needy guys. I still don't have options, because I live in India, and I'm still working on myself, although I've bettered myself physically and mentally, a hell lot, but I do flirt with a lot of girls, and get a lot more attention since I've put on some muscle. This. Don't be a backup option for a girl who falls for Chads again and again despite being pumped and dumped, if you have even a little shred of self-respect. Don't be so pathetic that all the hard work you've done to get a good job and stable life, are to be wasted on a girl used up by Chads.

I guess this thread has confirmed my belief in TRP. Fuck..I just found this thread, and wish this thread was posted before. This is a goldmine of information. Almost all the lines have been used against me by a girl I liked. My story: Had a crush on her, which faded away after I found out that she had a boyfriend. Only knew through FB and was crazily attracted to her, even though I have been attracted to 10x hotter women. Note, she wasn't bad looking. I'd rate her as 8. Anyway, for reasons I can…
