12	She got twice the time the man spent in jail when it was found out that she lied. This is progress Being black out drunk is not the same as being unconscious. Being unconscious so being so drunk that your unresponsive which is true you can't consent in that state, while being black out drunk is just being so drunk that your brain stops it's short term memory after a while hence the black out part. Your still you and still aware of everything your doing you just can't recall it.
