Idk if they stay in training until they pass or whatever, but they arent gonna send an inexperienced person to fight by your side- it's a waste of money. If they wanna dodge the draft they would get pregnant BEFORE they go to training. There are plenty of female soilders out there that kick some ass. Women dont typically work out, hence the weakness.
