2	as a trans man, how do i fit into male advocacy? There’s also the aspect that, if someone is on hormone replacement therapy, in this case testosterone, (depending on the person’s body) changes can happen in only a few months beyond dressing/acting male. In my case I went from looking like a butch female to having a full beard and chest hair, and an extremely deep voice in 4-6 months. 1	I'm just now realizing how often the term "mutual abuse" was used during the Depp v Heard trial. I’m very very far left in ideology and even I contest the idea of mutual abuse. It’s a very debated and divisive conversation amongst therapists and social workers. In 99% of cases there was an initial instigator. That doesn’t mean 100% of the fault and responsibility falls on them, because many peoples reaction to abuse can be very volatile and toxic which escalates the initial abuser.
