The only information we have is that she was so was absolutely hammered to the point of needing assistance to get home. Most countries have laws stating that intoxication disqualifies consent as they're not in the right mind. It's why most reputable tattoo shops won't do tattoos on drunk people or why legal documents aren't valid if signed while under the influence. A good line in the sand is: if someone is blackout drunk, take care of them. Don't try to fuck them. It's creepy and predatory.

Yeah, if someone is incapable of getting home without assistance, they can't consent. I don't understand why this is even a discussion.

I can tell you, with the utmost certainty, that women are capable of going out at night with their friends and not want you trying to stick your dick in them. You're worldview is so goddamn buckwild that you've forgotten that women who are in monogamous relationships exist. Should they just stay home? Are they not allowed to go dancing or drinking? Should women live in constant fear and only risk the terrifying outdoors when they want some awkward dude to repeat lines they saw on the Internet wi…

First, most of the people agreeing with me appear to be women, so you must be a real hit with them. Second, I don't need to share my sexual qualifications to know what a crime is.

A lot of rape survivors have further contact with their rapists. It's a way of coping with the trauma and trying to convince yourself that it didn't actually happen. It's pretty telling that she cut off all contact after the second date, probably due to reality setting in. The bottom line is, he openly admitted that she was hammered. By law that means that she cannot consent. And as far as I know, non-consensual sex is rape. Unless you pick-up boys have a real cool slang term for it.

I know enough to tell you that if a woman is blackout drunk she can't consent. And what do you non-consensual sex?

That's not how consent works, cowboy. He openly admitted to her being blackout drunk. If you're that intoxicated, you can't consent and without consent it's rape. Plenty of rape and sexual assault victims don't "resist" out of fear and/or shock.

It was a fat and ugly latina girl who was so drunk she didn’t know where she was and I just happened to be there to help her home but it still counts. Hey, my dude. That's rape. But cool story on how to be a sociopath.

No imagine how it feels to be a woman and this happening to you constantly. This is an empathy moment.

And I can't wait for the days where your backwards thinking ass has to keep your shitty opinions in the closet.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
