Mentally it causes you to be more invested in her than she is in you . What does that mean? You may act more needy than her which will cause you to lose attraction. Depends how well you can keep yourself disciplined. If creeping causes you to crush on the girl more than you should (eg. Has she really earned it ?) Then I’d say it’s an issue
