i have bpd, because of that i am not a conscript.But still i had to pay the bribe to the psychiatrist, so that they give me the right diagnosis. But though i am not a conscript and don`t have to fight, the border-service says i cannot leave the country. Recently have had the consoltation with a lawyer who says it`s the bullshit and i have full right to cross the border. Will try in 2 weeks. If i don`t succeed, then i will try to sue the border-service.
