Don't listen to this guy. To satiate any curiosity, The red pill is a form of seduction built off of exactly what OP is feeling right now. Women hurt us and we need control to make sure we aren't hurt again. I actually disagree with this. Yes, if you have a group of bosses around you it's easy to get in state. However, a large majority of guys are here because they don't have a close group of social (and/or single) guy friends.
