Get woke, go broke. Don't give them anymore business. Give them a negative review.

It's fair enough for a layman to think that's what "death recorded" means, she's supposed to be an Phd 'public intellectual' and wrote an entire book which hinged on the incorrect meaning, which also means her publisher doesn't give a fuck about the truth.

I do. I watched quite a few of his Youtube videos when he had his 5 minutes a few years back during the whole foam rolling/myofascial release fad and I felt less informed at end of each of them. Speaking of PaleoFx, here's an article Menno wrote about why evidence based bodybuilding is enough to cover all of that "supple" bullshit: https://www.paleofx.com/4-more-reasons-you-should-be-bodybuidling/

Good to hear. I'm also a fan of Bret but I think his emphasis on coaching women makes him less suited to your audience. Kelly Starrett is full of shit though. I have a tonne of respect for Mark Sisson but his mission is optimal health rather than building your best physique as fast as naturally possible, which I think would be both the most appealing and useful fitness knowledge you could promote.

I heard about the convention a few years ago (via Mark Sisson), watched a few of the presentations and was rather puzzled by the emphasis on HIT weight training given that this is possibly the least optimal method of resistance training for young men and all but the most time starved lifters. Have you considered inviting any of the prominent evidence-based trainers like Mike Israetel or Menno Henselmans?

You need to bear in mind that Rippetoe doesn't give a fuck about aesthetics. His advice will teach you how to properly perform powerlifing movements and get you strong, it won't necessarily make you look good.

This is apparently the best study to date (in humans): http://www.leangains.com/2016/09/intermittent-fasting-and-lifting_1.html

Same way they know if you've taxed your car or not, it goes in a database. If there's no license listed for an address they may choose to send 'reminder' letters and then subsequently inspectors.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
