So you're a bigger guy? Diet is more important than weight lifting when it comes to phsycial appearance. You can lift all you want, but you're not gonna get muscle if you eat like shit. I'm in a similar boat still starting out. Start lifting. Go to the gym. Absolute game changer. If there's one thing that's helping more than anything it's been lifting. Deadlifts, squats, bench press. I also started reading Models by Mason and it's really good so far, hear lots of people suggesting it. Read the sidebar here and on TRP subreddit. Very good sources of information
