it’s pretty much exactly this simple. like, it’s great if you find this person but if you don’t are you ok with that, basically.

and the others literally never care. it is sad.

unfortunately, bitter people are aware they are harming others. their lack of care for it causes a vicious downward spiral as they hurt themselves attempting to stick it to others.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/26 08:46 PM

being aware the opacity of minds is a key step in learning to mentalize as children, if a person thinks they always know what another person thinks, it’s a delusion.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/05/26 10:26 AM

they saw it on tv so they can’t say.

not logical enough to keep people reading past one sentence yet.

so many guys will say things like they can do it alone or whatever, then you hear what their standards would be and it’s so bad you’d never let them lol.

this just got removed for not being a debate post

i’ve heard this before and don’t know how it could possibly be not true. a lot of millennial men were huge successes just from being good at focusing on their partners.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/03/26 11:18 AM

no we honestly don’t
/r/PurplePillDebate10/03/26 12:29 AM

i assume goodwill and friendship on first meeting another person so no hierarchy can actually be emergent one on one

so it is the flex they think it’s not.

good talks are at least this unhinged, which is why it’s so easy to dismiss these people’s talking points. no matter how much they say it we’ll never be the same, couldn’t if we tried, and there’s no code for them to crack. they have to try and take random results like the rest of the world! 😆

yeah that sounds like a very niche interest.

“i love them too much to lose them, but damn if i’ll commit to paying for them!” (op is likely an actual child, i didn’t understand how love and responsibility worked as a child.)

it’s a funny concept, no one would walk up to your grown son and say “you’re still an infant, regardless of age and lifestyle.”

fr this is one of the most patriarchal religions on earth and she’s surprised 😱

If that were true no one would be here.

There is no appropriate way to complain to men about my lack of a private beach. 😢 WHY WONT ANYONE EMPATHIZE? I see them on tv all the time, I need it!!!
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/26 11:15 PM

PSA: There is never ever an excuse for any kind of violence and a person who is violent without will be violent with. NEVER ACCEPT THIS NARRATIVE.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/26 11:14 PM

They don’t want to build.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/26 10:59 PM

They’re implying they have no friends. (We also can’t help with that if all yall wanna do is complain, women won’t be friends with people like that OR sleep with them.)
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/26 10:56 PM

We’ve said the view. No one likes complainers. The end of view.

They don’t want to hear it. But you are correct.

That’s pretty true, I’ve seen men laugh at other men in situations that absolutely disgusted me. It’s a big factor in who I would want to spend time with and backup in a disagreement for sure if I’d seen a person display a lack of empathy like that.

The context is so important. Of course no one is going around being vulnerable like that with strangers! But if we couldn’t speak about problems with family and friends and lovers we wouldn’t have a… society, basically.

Literally I’m so confused as to why this person think it works? If it worked they’d never move on to doomer stuff, they’d be too busy with the sigma grind and women and kids.

I guess the advice “most people will not want to have sex with most people, and when two people luckily do want to, it won’t usually be the same way or the same frequency probably, and you just literally have to be mature enough to live with that because you can’t make that not true,” while completely true will never be enough. There’s nothing anyone can do about that fact.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/26 09:39 PM

They will never tell you “yeah so you’re actually terribly needy, overshare constantly, can’t hold eye contact, and need to hit the gym”. So someone can know all that and for some reason it’s someone else’s fault if they’re not willing to fulfill that guys humiliation fetish verbally… You have literally no choice but to take responsibility for yourself. doomed. SMH.
