In a society where empathy is rare, and narcissism and violence are increasing, I don't think I would want any gender to rank other students based on superficial attributes. It also reinforces young people's narcissistic tendency to think everyone is an extra in their movie and they are the arbiter of value.

No. But women shouldn't always take the fall for bad parenting, and mothers usually do.

Tl;dr: Post-partum isn't permanent, but the harm to your children will be. Seek professional help (therapy, attorney). I'm a divorced woman. Here's my take. The changes you're seeing and your loss of satisfaction may be biological. She's watched her body change again and again, shared it with 2 other humans, been doused with hormones, and then depleted of those hormones. Not to mention the new greater demands on her time. Post-partum (which she's been going through for 2 years) is usually tempor…

First, I'm so sorry that your mother abused you. I assure you not every woman makes excuses for atrocities just because they're committed by women. I'm a woman, and I don't make excuses for any nefarious behavior. Second, men (some, not all) absolutely do this all the time. Harvey Weinstein was able to commit atrocities for 25-30 years because other men were covering it up. There are COUNTLESS examples of the 'good ole boys' club circling the wagons and defending pedophilia, rape, misogyny, raci…

If a woman assumes wrongly that a man is has nefarious intentions she hurts his feelings. But if she guesses wrong and thinks he has innocent motives when he doesn't, she is raped or dies. So you're saying you'd rather women assume that the man has no ill intent, rather than the woman play it safe and stay out of harm's way. And you want them to do this to protect your feelings? You would rather your feelings be protected than women to see on the side of caution?. That really doesn't make it sou…

I don't know of any woman upset when a man doesn't marry or have children. You've met women who are upset by that? I also don't know any women who have chosen not to have children and not to marry who feel superior because of it. It's a personal choice. I literally know no one who thinks it's to be superior to men. How would the world be in crisis? We're overpopulated. We'd be in a better place if all genders quit having children. Some husbands aren't great, so some women would miss out on anoth…

Chris Watts was cheating on his and wanted to be with his mistress. Plus she was pregnant, and he didn't want another baby, so he killed her. Don't slander people. There's no reason for that.

I don't know any woman who would condone your ex's behavior. None. I suggested to my SO that the teacher whom he slept with in HS took advantage of him. He said not one of the men who he told the story to for the last 20 years had said anything other than "Congratulations" and "That's so cool." Amber Heard received death threats against her infant daughter and had to leave the country. WAY more people supported Johnny Depp. WAY more. So I think your perspective may be skewed, or this is a false …

Though the woman you mention in your first reason for not listening to women's fear didn't make up the statistic, and the CDC isn't a random website. 1 in 3 women is sexually harassed in a public space. Rather than make this about your "right" to approach a woman otherwise busy doing something else, please empathize with the vigilance women have to keep in order to not be murdered. To pick and choose who is safe based on first impressions (which you're asking her to do) could put her in harm's w…

Not all women turn a blind eye. Just like not every man turns a blind eye to other guys demeaning women. Some men stand up and say something to them. I have always stood up and said something to a woman who physically harmed a man, regardless of size difference or her justification. Not every woman condones DV toward men.

She did say it was in response to numerous, oh so many, fathers sitting in business class while their wives and children sit in economy. She also said it's a departure from what they usually do, so this is not what they typically do. AND she just had a baby less than 2 months ago. So for 9 months she carried their child, and then she just had it rip out of her vagina and thinks she may deserve a softer seat to sit on those stitches with, while nursing and taking care of the infant, I might add. …

Domestic abusers are pervasive in prison and are seldom shunned. Where are you getting your information?

Statistically it would make sense though. If a woman assumes most men won't hurt her, then she is quite vulnerable to an attack. And would you rather a woman be murdered because she let her guard down so you feel better about yourself? Rabbits are scared of all humans. Even though most humans won't kill rabbits in their front yard. The relevant statistic is one out of every four women is raped in her lifetime. Just because you're not a predator doesn't mean women aren't prey.

I was raped by a football player at my college, and I was blame by the college administration (which wanted to handle it internally) and the football team.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
