They got paid a higher percentage of a lot less money, which was they deal they wanted and accepted in their collective bargaining. This is the reason it was dismissed. They got exactly what they asked for.

While it sucks for this guy it should be noted that if a state is required to pay for a wrongful conviction, which was usually decided by other citizens, then the state would have a motive to not release innocent people. The last thing we want is to have the government not release you because it would be cheaper to keep you in prison.

Because she is lying. Is it a rational reaction to giving birth that you didn't know was coming to murder the baby or would that be out of continuing to try to hide the pregnancy? That kid is only alive because this happened where others could find out.

You're correct and there is some serious talking points from the He-man Woman Haters Club in here. He chose to literally work himself to death so he could take his family on nice vacations which is laudable but really kind of stupid. She actually shows concern for his health and has a moment of minor regrettable behavior and is painted as a monster. He'd be alive and happier if he just went to Disney every other year. Pick your battles guys, this one is a loser. I say this as a guy who got screw…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
