They generally only considered CPS reports, arrests, convictions, and similar sate official well documented kind of stuff. In my case, the judge didn't even want to look at email or text messages. Wait for your lawyer's answer. She should know local judges and culture. If you've been assigned a judge, you may want to ask about his/her history in other cases.
