1	What is the actual reason why men get shamed for having preferences? Usually because those standards transcend "standards" and turn hateful. I've never seen a man say "I prefer xyz body type" and actually get hate on. However, I do often see "I won't date below an 8 and fat chicks are gross" get hate on. Also, some preferences that men have are due to ulterior motives. For instance, if a man says that he only likes foreign women, I'll raise an eyebrow.
