| 11 | A simple storyThis is a great story but i feel like the ending is still too nice. Imo it would make more sense if the maiden showed the lion to her friends after he gave in and they laugh at the former“king“ who is now in shakles and no threat whatsoever. So in her embarassment she leaves the lion to die and never looks back. Maybe to harsh for some kids book but why would she let him free?
