Me, I mean when I'm just hanging out talking to a friend and there's something I want to talk about. Even on the internet sometimes I'll just backspace a post to oblivion and think, "I can figure it out myself" when I still could use some outside insight. There's a weird cascade that happens in my mind apparently.

I disagree with the heart of this. I don't think you should learn words for the sake of learning words. Find something you're interested in and just read about it. Topics are more important than alternative words to describe things. Otherwise you'll end up being the guy who knows a hundred ways to SAY NOTHING.

Completely irrelevant but honestly it shows the polar opposite intentions of male and female artists. Normal people make art to attract others while feminists make it to repel. The whole thing is one big shit test to filter out the weak male stock. Of course feminist art is going to be hideously ugly. This woman is clearly attractive. She's probably had to spend much more time with men below her own perceived SMV so she joined the Great Cult to increase her barrier of entry.

One of my friends who went the pre-med track told me if she didn't have to worry about money, she would do this, and hearing you talk about the Great Outdoors makes even me consider it. I'm not sure what it would mean if I was the one who followed her dream and actually ended up happy doing it... What an irony.

I refuse to believe someone could say something this blindingly stupid. Anybody have a source?

If he is "perfect" for her, why would she be worried about him breaking up with her? It's pretty easy to keep a guy around. You give him companionship and have sex with him every now and then. After all, most guys stay around with just the hope of sex and love despite emotional abuse. Gotta appreciate the honesty, though. The interpretation is ultimately what matters most and what will get jumbled in translation, though.

But they are difficult to accept. No one wants to hear a woman they are in love with say she doesn't find him sexually attractive but would like to continue to waste his prime years emotionally parasitizing him. Gotta have some empathy.

I'm glad to see an independent thinker in here. Women can be great to have as friends, until they realize you rely on them more than the opposite. If you spend too much time with them, they treat you like a dog.

Assuming a man is strong enough to have absolute control over himself and his marriage to the point where his wife is genuinely happy, I'm more than willing to assume this is true. Problem is, it's misleading because it's an almost impossible proposition.

It's not normal. It's a hamstering whether or not you want to believe it. If you were truly content you wouldn't need smugness to get you through it. You would just be confident and secure. You aren't truly free until you rise above self-alienation, and that's what this essentially is.

Schopenhauer called it the Will to Life. Why are you here? Because your line has successfully reproduced over hundreds of thousands of years. You exist because of sex. The MGTOW of the past died out. The ones who survived were the ones who searched and fucked. That is the basis of evolution. The qualities of the ones who reproduce determine the genetic makeup of the next generation. Therefore, everybody who is alive today has an extremely powerful urge to reproduce, which takes the form of datin…

Just be warned: the first time I did about 8 minutes of sprints (15 seconds full speed, 45 seconds jogging alternate) I could barely walk from how sore my calves were. If I didn't squat every week, I'm not even sure my legs would have been functional going from 0-60 like that, lol. It took me a week rest before I could do it every other day. Once you build up that tolerance, it'll be worth it, however!

I think it came primarily from the confidence I had from the amount of energy I got from HIIT. In general, it feels like my whole body is more efficient, and that includes the mind. And the part about the brain being a vascular organ and HIIT increasing aerobic capacity and performance may be directly related.

After years of writing thousands upon thousands of words in journal entries doing soul searching, I've realized we introverts tend to highly overestimate the ability to achieve emotional stability to doing intellectual, solitary activities. To be a good man, you have to be not only morally and intellectually strong, you need to be physically strong. We are more than just our heads, we are our entire bodies. Nothing helped me more than starting a regular exercise routine. Mine follows the followi…

Men are just as vulnerable as women to becoming addicted to instant gratification. Unfortunately, the type of IG men are generally attracted to is solitary and not social, so women are at least satisfying a primal need with social media, albeit in a twisted form.

I don't doubt women are better than men at some tasks in the military, but they aren't being filtered correctly.

Love can't exist within the normal parameters of marriage and relationships. If you do something unique like live in different houses, I think you have a chance. Read about the relationship between Jean Paul Sartre and Simon de Beauvoir. I think "true love" as most people define can exist, but theory has to be in place before it begins and execution must be par excellence.

It just goes to show the common man is just as endowed with the ability to succeed in relationships as superstars if you ask me. There are simple truths to men and women: women give shit tests ad infinitum and men have to pass them. It doesn't matter if you're rich, poor, shredded, ugly. These only help attract, not maintain. Chances are Brad never read RP articles and while I would not go so far as to say he is BB, he does seem like the sort of good guy who isn't assertive to lose the ultimate …

Honestly, herbivore men is a bit of a paradox to me. I don't think anyone really wants to be alienated from the opposite sex (unless you're gay). I think a lot of guys came to MGTOW because they're not successful with women. That being said, our lack of success at reproduction early on will ultimately lead to greater happiness down the road. And if we want, we can even enter the sexual market with a strong understanding of the rules and risks and we can leave it at any time. Income inequality, s…

It is. I was at my cousin's house the other day and his fiance was (already) giving him grief about leaving the seat up, and I could tell he had no fight left in him (again, already defeated even before the marriage). So I stepped in to defend him and said it's just as inconvenient for her beloved husband when the seat is down and that I didn't see why she should get priority. I wasn't confrontational about it, I was playful, and I could see something spark in her like, "yeah, that wasn't logica…

I don't think that's true. Unless it has something to do with the social rat race, it doesn't matter. Why anyone would risk polarizing a group of people or losing face for talking about a taboo topic, no matter how important it it, makes absolutely no sense to them. There are plenty of men like that too.

Smart girls like guys for values and not what they can take. If you accept the truths of TRP, you'll grow enormously as a person, but if you take the values of a good chunk of the community, you'll slowly rot inside. Raising SMV for the sake of attracting pussy is not a worthwhile pursuit. Doing it to be a better and happier person is. And it's true there are smart girls out there. My old roommate was more of an independent, driven, and complete person than I was, despite gender differences. How…

This is one of the catchphrases thrown around here a lot I don't agree with. Women are logical and consistent... They just follow a script that we were never taught growing up. In fact, we were told the opposite, which is why many men are lost in today's world. The main difference between men and women is how language is used. Women use it primarily to get things and men use it primarily to communicate things. Make no mistake, women do use language and ideology cleverly on a consistent basis to …

Just because you won't be getting married doesn't mean you'll be alone. Surround yourself with people you love and respect, which can include women, too. Just don't fuck around with women in your important social groups (work, friends, so on) or get married and you'll be fine.

I've always found it conflicting how TRP preaches a sort of ultra-selfish, pragmatic, self-improvement doctrine obsessed with building an empire and preventing its fall, yet fails to realize how risky promiscuous behavior is nowadays, with all of the STDs and false rape accusations. At the same time, there is something to be said about going outside of your comfort zone to meet women. But the same can be said about meeting just about anyone, and not in a necessarily sexual context.

The ultra successful elite like Zuckerberg, Larry Page, and Musk are nerds. Nerds are cool, and people of this caliber definitely deserve respect, but once pussy starts opening up to them for the first time in their lives, the void takes them without mercy. It's shell shock for these men.
