She still embezzled over $200k from him and only had to pay $2000 restitution. Her pussy pass is intact.

Laugh and tell them you've voluntarily gone full Monk because the juice isn't worth the squeeze. [Pun intended]

Hire a local, well-regarded, attorney that specializes in family law. Don't try and go cheap, don't let cost dictate your choice. Ask that attorney. Laws on divorce, alimony, child support, etc. vary by state. Every state has different laws that are applied, if you don't have a valid, enforceable prenuptial agreement then the state where the divorce is filed will apply their laws. And laws change all the time. Get a prenuptial agreement properly drafted and executed before marriage or you could …

You do you...but I'd tell her it's couple's counseling or it's over. Seen similar drama with other people close to me and it didn't end well.

Don't interact with or tolerate bigoted radicals, simply dismiss them as irrelevant. They are not willing (or not capable) to view and consider ideas that they disagree with.

Q: What food kills a woman's sex drive? A: Wedding cake. If you think sex goes up after marriage, you've never been married. Most men don't get married to get sex, those that do quickly realize their mistake. Also, not reading a wall of text. No thanks.

The easier, cleaner, safer option for men is to refuse to get married.

You should attend an accredited law school before stating your opinion as to what is illegal, where, under what circumstances, with what exceptions, for what use. This occurred in California and what applies in "many, many jurisdictions" is wholly irrelevant. Aside from that, California's wiretap statutes don't apply to her text messages. You could have addressed her lying in her affidavits and statements and how that opens her up to additional discovery...but you didn't.

The evidence of her intent to extort money and file false claims was taken from her text messages. What conversations are you referring to? Her remedy would be to sue him if he violated her rights, and the content of the conversations would have to be submitted to the judge...how would that go?

So you didn't read the report. It's info is taken from court records, depositions, submitted evidence, and the judge's findings. It's not something they made up...but you wouldn't know that because you're bigoted, closed-minded, and logically impaired.

Biblical. I was looking for something else and found this. Deuteronomy 19:18-19 18 The judges must make a thorough investigation, and if the witness proves to be a liar, giving false testimony against a fellow Israelite, 19 then do to the false witness as that witness intended to do to the other party. You must purge the evil from among you.

I feel that only someone who is trying to attack men as a group, treat men as a fungible resource, and make them feel responsible for the actions of strangers would ask such a question. I am responsible for my actions, period. Peddle your SJW collective guilt bullshit elsewhere.

Sure it does. And the networks know it, but they're pandering to their viewers (majority female) desire for self affirmation.

Theocracies often punish unmarried sex with death, even if it was rape. Bring that one to the SJW party.

Not up to me to judge other's relationship choices. The parties in the linked story were married at 19 and 36 and were still married after 6 years. Age of consent and age of majority mean the same thing when referring to sexual activities. AoM also means you are an adult, capable of making binding contracts including marriage. The OP in the linked story, along with the majority of her commenters, reflects an absolute lack of awareness of their sexist, racist bigoted views. They shouldnt have an …

Must be a bummer having friends and relatives that are judgmental bigots. Date whom you want to without condemnation, allow others that same courtesy.

States set their own age of consent laws and the exceptions/exclusions (e.g.close in age exceptions, public teacher exclusions). Also varies by sex of participants, with females often assumed to be incompetent until older. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ages_of_consent_in_the_United_States Different countries, different laws. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ages_of_consent_by_country

Women like projects, you're presenting yourself to them as a finished product. You've left them nothing to improve. Seriously, search MGTOW and watch some videos. Your women problems are not of your creation.
