the only way to get through it is to just do it really. after a couple failures youll start to feel good. what helps me sometimes is realizing that most of my actions are virtually meaningless in this existence as well as realizing the fact that rejection may be embarrassing for the few seconds of that interaction, but after that it wont matter. do you think either you or the girl will be thinking about that encounter a week from now? If you lead your partner to believe you are being faithful and loyal and do the opposite then it's wrong. If the other partner knows that you will be seeing other people then it is not cheating. It really just comes down to if you're being honest about your intentions or not. If you have to lie about anything then clearly you're doing something wrong.
