That's been my experience. My ex and I were in our early 50s when we got divorced. I seriously upgraded after the divorce while my ex can't even find a date. Bro! same here! my ex can't even have a date and I dated many many women at least 8 and 9th, much younger and blow my ex in every chart. I was even too picky due to the abundance of options

It's actually very likely. judges don't want conflicts. me and my ex didn't agree on some extracurricular activates and the judge was like, I will assign a custodian parent to make all decision if you guys don't agree and it might not be you! I think that's fucked up!
