That's true, previous records do have a lot to do with the severity of a sentence. I believe in prison being a way of disposing of human garbage. People who commit crimes accidentally or through negligence or ignorance or just good intentions bad outcome should have a chance at rehabilitation. On the other hand, human filth like this woman should die in prison.

That's not the argument being made, you saw that your argument was invalid and changed the argument around.
