Quality post. It made me realize I haven't been striving towards my best. I'm going to sit down on Monday and go through my goals and tasks step by step. Thanks Robert_Walker

Fell asleep at 11:00 Pm, woke up at 8:00am Always take 2mg of melatonin and 3 caps of ZMA before bed. Very vivid dreams. Although I've noticed I've been waking up groggy, maybe because my sleep schedule isn't constant. I'm gonna try falling asleep at the same time and get in a schedule to see if that solves it. Or it could be due to the melatonin.. I'm gonna stop taking the melatonin to see if that solves it. I've heard that melatonin can give you a sleep hangover type of deal.

She responded with "but why" after, so I just didn't respond. Figured it wasn't worth the hassle

I couldn't think of anything witty to respond with, thanks for that. Appreciate the detailed response as well mate. Hopefully I'll get laid tonight hahah

That's exactly what I thought! ASD, I had no idea how to respond until I started browsing trp after she left. Appreciate the response, I'll do this next time. Once she told me everything and we finished talking I told her alright, got up and took her home. She wasn't going to budge with my response, I knew it was over and I accepted it

How do you deal with your boss that does this? You lift yourself up but he attempts to bring you back down to his level? I feel he's intimidated by me.

He will most likely offer to smoke, there would be two people I would enjoy seeing at the party but its not confirmed they're going. Everyone else is useless

I've been slacking. I've been ignoring the voice of power and allowing the voice of complacency to take over the last few weeks. I've been moping around, not doing what I should be doing. I should be reading, studying, becoming the strongest version of myself and here I am watching house of cards. No more.

Life is going to take a whole new turn and I welcome every bit of it. No longer will I be the insecure, non confident one. Thank you and I look forward to reporting back to this sub reddit.

Great and insightful post. That reference to Doug in House of Cards really added to it as well.

When you say gyny, do you mean hypergamy? So when you say that the men who just use TRP to get women are potentially going to be stuck in that anger phase because that's their only focus with TRP? Where as the person who uses TRP to advance as a man, advance their career, social status AND use it to get women will be released from that anger phase potentially a lot quicker than the person using TRP just for women?

50 years? Surely you're exaggerating? How do you overcome the anger phase?

I've read in the red pill handbook 101 that to become better at making eye contact the book suggests trying to figure out what color eye the person has, therefore you really have to stare at the person and make severe eye contact, doesn't this come off as a bad vibe to the other person? When I say bad vibe I imagine something like "Oh this mfer is staring me down he wants to fight." Or is that just something I fear and is causing me to be a little bitch and look away?

Thanks for the link and reply, I'll definitely check it out. So as long as I maintain frame and agree and amplify I will be alright?

Well I wanted to check out the free classes to see how I'd like it and if I can afford it to be there or not. But I'll start researching today and check out the prices and everything. I did always find the grappling appealing when I would see it on tv. Maybe I'll give that a go. Thanks for the advice, Will report back when I start my first martial arts class. Cheers mate!

I'm actually reading that book right now, "how to win friends and influence people". I'm really enjoying the book and attempting to use the material in the book in my everyday life when I interact with people. I'll check out my local library and see if I can find the comedy writing secrets book. I'll attempt to make some new male friends at my new job coming up this week and see how that goes. Thanks for your replies and advice mate, it's greatly appreciated.

I've thought about joining something like that. I've been told I would be suited for kickboxing since I'm 6'5. I'll start researching the three, calling around and trying to get in to some "consultation" classes to see how I like them. Thanks for the suggestion

Thanks for the detailed reply. I'll keep this in mind if the situation ever arises. This is slightly a different topic and I'm hoping you can give me some insight, but I think I'm socially awkward. I really have no guy friends and the one I did have I dropped because he was constantly smoking pot and I needed to stop using marijuana to further myself. I was allowing MJ to take control of me so I needed to cut all ties of marijuana out of my life, including him. Back to the point, Do you have any…

This sub reddit man.. I've only been here maybe 2 weeks but I feel like I joined a brotherhood. We all want to see each other succeed and have no problem helping each other out with that. I'm glad I found this sub reddit at 21. I know my life is going to change for the good drastically. I will go back and read the shit test 101 and follow your instructions. I guess as I talk to more and more females I'll start to pick up and notice the shit tests that they throw my way. I don't go out to bars or…

Such a great movie. To be honest I'm not sure if he shit tested me or not. I'm still new to shit tests so it's quite possible that he could have and I just didn't notice. I've got a question about approaching other employers though. If I do this and do this wouldn't that look bad to potential employers? "Oh you've had this many jobs in this amount of time? How long until you leave us for another job?" Kind of thing.

I'll check both of them out. I've noted their names and I'll see if I can find some things on youtube. Thanks for the suggestion.

Thanks for the response. I'll definitely check out that book. I've read up on the side bar but I have a hard time retaining information. To fix this I'll go through and each section of the side bar I read I'll take notes down in a note book to help memorize the things I read. I'll potentially highlight some things as well.

How can I learn to sell myself to women? I'm improving myself greatly but would like to learn how I can really sell myself.

Hey! So I got there a few minutes before the interview went and rushed to the bathroom. Immediately came out and looked around and saw my interviewer sitting down in a suit, walked towards him and introduced myself and him himself. He offered to buy me some water so I accepted. I brought two copies of my resume, one for me and one for him. I think the interview went great. I made eye contact, used hand gestures and attempted to build rapport in the beginning of the interview. I could have done b…

I'm really glad I read this comment. This whole comment hits home with me. My family is toxic and I didn't know how to go about fixing the issue, I thought I would have to drop them completely but that just didn't seem right to me. I'll have to separate myself from them for the time being until their toxicity no longer phases me. Cheers

Hi thanks for the reply. I'm looking for any type of work at the moment. I had noticed the summary was blank, I usually put the position that I'm applying for in the summary section. Is this recommended or not?? Make ready was the actual name of the position I was working. Basically I washed the parts to the presses, cleaned anilox's, wiped down ink off of cylinders, and made sure that the presses had the correct inks. There was a numerous amount of responsibilities that I had. It was a manufact…

Hey thanks for the reply. It was our accomplishment. I didn't actually lead anything. I was just there. I actually only worked there for 7 months before I left so I barely did anything. I was just cautious on what I was doing and kept an eye out for my fellow co workers to make sure that they weren't doing anything dangerous or hazardous.

Hey thanks for the detailed response, Tombreck2. Is that a bad thing if everyone is thinking "Why is he so happy"? To me that seems like it would be a good thing. But that might be because I haven't swallowed TRP yet and am still learning. I didn't know what supplicating meant so I googled it and got "Ask or beg for something earnestly or humbly". So does that mean that when we smile we're asking to be noticed? What about smiling during an interview? Wouldn't you want to come off as a cheerful g…

Can you explain why smiling is frowned upon in TRP??

Cheers, I can see how she would think that after our conversation today. How do I attempt to ask her out again? Wait a few days and attempt to get a day set up?
