The main issue is I cannot squat/deadlift. I have a bad back, herniated disc L4/L5. I try much as I can but do not deadlift or squat over 3 digits. So far I've had pretty gains, 190 --> 210 in 4-5 months or so. I just feel myself slowing down and it sucks.

It has helped me tremendously with my struggles with binge eating. I am already down 40 pounds since August. Also Soylent is just incredibly easy and convenient. There are ways to reduce the unavoidable 3, eating sleeping shitting, thus adding you back more time in a day. You can, for example, drink Soylent 2.0 (liquid food replacement that had a big kickstsrter campaign a few years back) instead of eating. I do that personally and finds it saves a ton of time.
