Sure, but secret trials imply much more than that, both victim and accused can still reveal details if they chose, there will also still be all the other important elements, right to defence, beyond reasonable doubt, trial by jury, etc... Most likely she will never want you around and just forfeit the back support. Just get proof she doesn't want you in the kids life and she will have a real hard time looking for back support for a kid she never gave you visitation with. 1	Surviving a Feminist Liberal Arts College as an MRA Well you're young, get a semester under your belt ( as you've already started I assume ) and go find somewhere more suitable to transfer to next year. It's perfectly OK to blow a year or two now figuring out what you want to do with the next 50+. P.S. Maybe the guys judgement was impaired, that's why he keep on asking till she said yes.
