Nah, if they actually agree to meet you half way be a decent person and do what you said you would. Don't fight negativity with more of it.

You mean vast swatches of land, the country is made up of people. Sound like you are okay with the opposite then, the few living in the rural states should be able to fuck over the much more populous "coastal elites"? Simply because the "coastal elites" occupy less land..

But not proportionally more, that ends up being the problem. http://www.slate.com/articles/news_and_politics/map_of_the_week/2012/11/presidential_election_a_map_showing_the_vote_power_of_all_50_states.html

So people who live near the most unoccupied land should have more say? Or that the land itself should be represented? If most people live in green houses, should a handful of purple home owners then have 50% equal representation? "green house owners should not dictate the political direction to the rest of the home owners".. This has never been the reason for the electoral college, land does not vote, people do.

Sure, but secret trials imply much more than that, both victim and accused can still reveal details if they chose, there will also still be all the other important elements, right to defence, beyond reasonable doubt, trial by jury, etc... In real secret trials you get black-bagged, taken to someone, and disposed of if "they" find you guilty.

I'm not sure I follow, at what point does that cause secret trials? All the other case info and proceedings are public, and both parties are always welcome to disclose their own involvement in a case, this is already current case with accuser anonymity.

It's basically implying that Women are like infants and children and need special care, kinda lowering if you ask me. We wouldn't like the prison system called MRM (Men, robbers, and murderers) just because there are more men in jail.

Hunter-gatherer risk taker vs nurturer stay at home type i'd assume?

Yes, because defining political sects is a logical fallacy, all you tea bagin', Reagan loving, libertarian, log cabin, republican, righties should know that...

Right, what they are is best described as the "anti-liberal left", look it up and learn the difference, it's the only way we keep these people from destroying the real progressive movements.

WOW, so neither woman was 'granted any physical custody'!?!?!? the kid just got to raise itself! Cool beans, but fuck off, you know one got custody and the other got visitation and BOTH had to support the kid, financially and/or physically.

Ok ok, i'll agree with you, if you, YES YOU /u/potpot7 prove you are not "middles class, white, pampered", just prove you are not white and i'll be surprised.

She doesn't get cs unless you get some visitation, you both have rights. Most likely she will never want you around and just forfeit the back support. Just get proof she doesn't want you in the kids life and she will have a real hard time looking for back support for a kid she never gave you visitation with. Get A Lawyer!

Well you're young, get a semester under your belt ( as you've already started I assume ) and go find somewhere more suitable to transfer to next year. It's perfectly OK to blow a year or two now figuring out what you want to do with the next 50+. P.S. As a CS student myself i'd recommend taking some math and other CS transferable classes your next semester to make sure CS is right for you and build up some classes that you can take with you elsewhere.

I can understand a parent fighting for a child they have helped raise for a while, but you have never even seen your baby, yeah it's your DNA and maybe i'm just saying this as someone who doesn't have a kid, but maybe you could just consider it a sperm donation and move on. Do you really what to spend the next 20 years tied to a crazy woman, paying out the ass, just for 2 weekends a month with a kid who will probably end up an indoctrinated cultist by his mom?

Still in college, no sign of SJW's here, well at least not in my circle. CS major btw so having no women around probably helps with staying SJW free...

Still wondering why you chose a "Feminist Liberal Arts College" for their Computer Science degree? I figured you were in for a liberal arts subject, journalism or something.

Kinda detracts from the perceived severity of those actually raped when rape becomes a convenience term for regret... Real victim: "I was raped", neo-feminists: "Join the club, we all have regrets", kinda has the opposite effect they claim they want, by crying wolf to make themselves feel better about stupid mistakes, real victims my become ignored in the noise.

The term "Slave" has lost some meaning and is thrown around a lot (sometimes by feminists) and so by adding color (american slavery is predominantly remembered by color) people are reminded of real slavery.

Maybe the guys judgement was impaired, that's why he keep on asking till she said yes. If he abused her physically or verbally into doing it I would of course call it rape, but it sounds more like a drunken mistake ( probably on both there parts) that lead to regret and her crying rape to make herself feel better. People really get raped out there, why are you all defending someone crying wolf.

letting him do what he wants so that he wouldn't be mad. There, when she says she consented to because she didn't want to make him mad. If I get really drunk and don't want to go to a meeting but I go anyway because I don't want to make my boss mad, can I sober up and cry kidnapping as I cannot consent to going when drunk?

Because she later in the same paragraphs says she eventually said OK after he asked nicely. He "Pressured" her into it, what does that mean? If he held her down she would have said so. "letting him do what he wants so that he wouldn't be mad." Well don't want to make him mad, guess i'll just do it then cry rape in the morning when mommy and daddy find out.
