Don't know about toxic masculinity but Rape Culture was in reference to the male prison system where the guards turned a blind eye to what the "animals" did to each other. Essentially it was in regards to how those who performed certain crimes were seen as deserving of that same treatment. I must admit I can see a reason for some sports, particularly contact sports, for having gender segregation, those sports also usually have weight classes. However something like racing I wouldn't have thought of as needing something like the W series. What's stopping them from competing in the normal leagues. It can also change based on who is in government. During the Blair/Brown years apparently the average life sentence dropped to 8 years. When I was reading this I kept switching the sexes of the two people and was wondering what sorry of uproar that would cause. This is wiki so not sure how accurate but the Ohio guidelines for one count of murder for a child under 13 years old is 30 years. All have life without parole as a max sentence.
