Sometimes it's easy believe it or not. My buddy flatout got told he was passed on a promotion because he had the wrong genitalia and that the promoted candidate had an inferior performance record. He didn't go forward with any action though and just found a new company that treats him better.

It's funny that people suggest that the dna test means anything after there's even a photo or two of you holding the kid. In California a guy helped a neighbor out by picking up her daughter from preschool one day. This was used as evidence he was playing a paternal role and he was put on the hook for child support. Iirc this was the late 90s so assuming the little girl went to college the man is likely just getting done with his payments now

It is so much better to visit a mediator. I never want to set foot in a family court. Prereqs for this are a spouse that's willing to not be unreasonable with their demands. If you have this, both parties typically end up better 100% of the time.

A119 v3 dashcam (or similar). Small enough to be legal in all states, super clear quality audio and video. If you're driving without one after knowing what the state of false accusations is, it's almost your fault. Edit - you all got triggered because I told you to be proactive about the shitty state of affairs. I'm not actually blaming you, but if you're a man (anyone really) I think a dashcam is as necessary as the gas to your car nowadays as "innocent until proven guilty" is basically a fairy…

We've been there for a while now. Women are 40% of breadwinners nowadays per Chase's Personal Finance research done in 2016, yet 97% of alimony is still male-to-female per the US Census Bureau. They don't care and nobody can win office/influence on a platform of men's rights so it will never change. Best you can do is to be smarter with your money and smarter on who (/if) you marry. I've watched some interrogation breakdowns where they explain that cops are trained to dodge anything that might make the suspect drop the L-word. In the video the suspects father came in to console him after several hours (was a tactic of its own) but the father broke off and told his son to shut up and get a lawyer and the cops rushed in to get the father out. This stuff is real!
