Jim Rohns words stuck with me, find your talents and work to compound them. Everyone has their interests and skills, it's your life to work on them and do something with them

Just depends, people watching is an easy way to talk about certain extremes and escalate without alcohol. People fall into a trap of talking about themselves on sober dates which can deffo make things harder

Too literal, just keep it casual and short

I didn't make any claims, so no evidence or source is necessary, but now I see you're a little bitch, so it doesn't matter to me.

Being 'owned' and 'respected' are not mutually exclusive, and nor is it the point GLO is making. He infact mentions captain and first mate dynamics. Girls want to be treated a certain way, and this post gives an insight as to why that might be.

I think I understand, will read more in my own time - with the LGBT, I experience this first hand- I live in a liberal uk city and there is a strange 'acceptance attitude.' It's very confusing to me how I am expected to be accepting to transgender people, yet they struggle / actively refuse to accept my heterosexual being. I do not apologise for who I am and yet I am subject to their guilt mongering. In the past I've tried to avoid conflict and kept my life quite simple, but this doesn't seem li…

Do you a reading list GLO? I haven't heard of Hegel before now. I have just started on The Kylobian.

I think there is an element of seeing things for what they are, yes you can strip everything away from a businessman and leave it as some hairy dude with a shriveled dong, or a woman with tits and a ponytail. It depends how much you want to strip back societal value and choose to see fundemental value instead. One person might drink beer and not care much for wine, another person might be an afficionado and their life revolves around vineyards and travelling. Subscribe your mind to happiness and…

I don't guard my emotions at all. Very in the moment with most things. However being the FIRST person to talk about this stuff (as a man) has about a 100% fail rate give or take nothing. My best way to deal with this after mutual affection has been established is to let it all out when I first see her for a day together, and then no more complimentary words until the beginning of the next in person interaction, I make a lot of exceptions to this rule based on the fact I'm terrible at emotional g…

Lift heavy 6 days a week, an hour in the gym or less even is fine. Focus on compound lifts and increasing the weight. eat lots of meat and veg, drink protein and creatine. Drink lots of water. If you are on top of your life then girls will make themselves known to you. If you have the conversational prowess of a goblin then game/talking will be what you need to work on afterwards. Tldr; go gym

I take in pretty much all the redpoll info, I dig it. I still approach women the way you described however- I only go for those that tick my boxes (heavily activity focused) and enjoy doing stuff I want whilst inviting them along. No games necessary.

There is balance, I've had to learn to hate my parents, forgiveness was not the way in this circumstance. Either way it was my duty to do something about it

Going to preface my comment with the fact that I've been lifting for a year and a half ( I'm pretty green) and the information around lifting has been like a jungle to me. It may be worth taking in to consideration that the SS type routines can still help with neurological gains and skeletal muscle, which does not amount to anything in the looks department but may be an important step BEFORE going on to a targeted hypertrophy based workout style. For any newer lifters I wouldn't recommend skippi…

The golf thing, sure whatever you won't be tiger woods. The rest is objectively attainable given enough time, which is going to pass anyway.

As you sound like you know what you're doing, can you give me advice on quantity of exercises in a given workout session? I've been going to the gym for about a year and have started to put on weight and plates, but I have read and been given so much information that seems to contradict itself it's hard to know what way is up. On legs for instance I'll squat, lunge, DL, SLDL, leg press, leg extension, ham curl, calf raise (my legs are whacked by this point so they're tricky), then do abs. What i…

I agree with the premise here, forming good habits is important no matter what you are thinking, feeling, or experiencing. Doing this doesn't have to be a forced endeavour however (not to say it can't be, for example David Goggins is a beast who can and will force himself through anything). Initially I believe it is important to understand the power of attention, and of pain<->pleasure. You will naturally avoid pain, and seek pleasure, it drives and determines most if not all of your actions in …

Only used internet for martial arts. Specifically for tennis - whenever I move somewhere new I go to the courts and either ask who's there how to sign up, or climb in and hit serves, when someone tells me I need to be a member I basically agree and escalate. Otherwise just listen closely to what other people do and sound interested in joining in if they are keen, I've gotten in to board game groups and Warhammer this way too but never really met girls this way. Talk to people, there's always som…
