I mean it is not bullshit per se but it is in no way (except maybe in some actually disfiguring cases) of that magnitude. You probably wouldn't really be able to discern it at first glance. Some of the more hinting body-parts would of course be wrists and ankles with the "bigger boned" ppl having the circumference higher by few centimetres in comparison to the rest of their bodies. I think what he's talking about is "common" cooking. You don't need anything fancy just a regular tasty meal so you won't starve to death. It's like saying "everyone can run" and you replying: "but what about Usain Bolt are you saying you can run like him? why do you think people train?" I always felt that saying "It's not my fault" or "There's nothing I can do" is basically useless. If there's nothing I can do.... then there's nothing I can do.
