| 34 | So.... it worked?I'm writing a thesis paper on AI bias, and that's pretty much what happened. The AI based its predictions off of data from people already working for Amazon, the staunch majority of whom are men. It had very little to do with how qualified for the job the women were, the AI was just trained on biased data.
