| 1 | TIL men should avoid doing something nice when it involves helping a childIf somebody goes to the police and makes up a story about witnessing a crime that's legally sufficient evidence for a cop to arrest you. They have 48 hours (I believe) where they can hold you before having a magistrate review the charges. Really has nothing to do with NDAA or the such.
