1	TIL men should avoid doing something nice when it involves helping a child If somebody goes to the police and makes up a story about witnessing a crime that's legally sufficient evidence for a cop to arrest you. They have 48 hours (I believe) where they can hold you before having a magistrate review the charges. Really has nothing to do with NDAA or the such. Your legal recourse is to ask the cops to file charges against the lady filing a false report and/or sue the people.	/r/MensRights	06/05/12 12:36 PM
