No. Not how it works. Not everyone has a car, not everyone can afford one. Not having a car does not mean you cant have kids. +they might have a car, she just isnt using it rn due to whatever circumstance. But point doesnt change, not everyone has a car and thats completely normal.

From the pic, it seems like the man is just an asshole. Theres no pussypass or nothing, just a pregnant woman asking for a seat. That is totally fine and normal. Guy decided to be an asshole.
