I was in a similar situAtion. I had an accounting job and now I work at McDonalds and practivr programming which I really enjoy. Why? The officr business culture isn't for me, and sounds like it isn't for you. Mainly women around, everyone stabbing you in the back, all the lies n bs, etc. I'd look at getting a new job and not validating yourself only on your income. Focus on what makes you happy.
