38	Swallow this. I agree! Which is why I try to have low expectations and then magic things happen. Seriously expectations can lead to disappointment so quickly. Why not let this happen organically!? It is physically impossible for me to respond to every message I receive as well as juggle my job, mental health, working out and sleep.
