This is what happens when an over-inflated frame smashes into the wall. Solipsism dictates that men are only men if they treat her exactly how she wants. If not, they are "boys." And yet she is completely oblivious to how undesirable her attitude and behavior is. I feel sorry for whatever poor sap she manages to trap in a marriage whenever she gets desperate to settle down.

Yep, honestly the girls around my age (late 20s, early 30s) who are actually good looking are almost all fucked in the head. They are SJWs on Instagram, but in reality are generally horribly depressed, have daddy issues, and many of the other classic red flags. After dating a handful of them I've learned to be much more wary of these red flags. The rest are either obese or single moms, which I avoid like the plague. And way too many Christians around here as well. It seems more and more like the…

Thank you, I will grab that book immediately. And yes she did come from horrible abuse. Her dad beat her unconcious with a frying pan once. She said she got three concussions from him during her teens. But she would also tell me these stories when I told her I was unhappy with the relationship and thinking that it should end. So, there was a huge element of manipulation involved.

At least without all the Onitis and Christian programming clouding your mind, you can see women as they actually are rather than what you wish they were. There are still intelligent and funny women out there, to at least have some form of relationship with. You can still find a deeper connection, it will just be honest and unclouded by beta fantasies.

Obviously I was part of the problem. Hell, I was 100% of the problem because I allowed the relationship to exist at all. There was no good reason to participate but I did anyway.

It's funny that the daughter told you it was weird AFTER she let you stuff her like a Thanksgiving turkey. Girls will bend over backwards to stave off potential threats to their norm. She was more than happy to spread her legs in the back of your truck, and had no second thoughts about axing you after the fact. Meanwhile, the mom is past the wall and has far fewer options. She probably thought she had a chance of locking you down, and you would have been quite the catch for her. Cue the hysteric…

He has a pretty monotone milquetoast vibe imo. He seems like someone who would be a great asset in a study group, but you wouldn't party with him on the weekend.

It depends a lot on where you live. I had better results in the PNW because I guess I appeal more to the liberal / hipster type women with my art background and way I dress. I had a tougher time in Arkansas because I didnt have that southern good-old-boy vibe that does well down there. (Plus a lot more fatties in Arkansas that I auto swipe left on.) Ironically, the girls I did best with in Arkansas had also come from the West coast.

I have gotten many dates, hookups, a few short term relationships, and two LTRs from Tinder and I would not say Im particularly high status. Average corporate job and decent looks with a skinny fat bod. My best results have come from taking a genuine interest in the other person and building a bit of rapport before asking for the date.

My ex is like a walking billboard of all the red flags: Covered in tattoos (that she designed herself) Vapes (so she doesn't smoke, but still smokes frequently) Alcoholic Daddy issues Feminist (but really just hates men because of her daddy issues) Had a big body count prior to me Wanted to move extremely fast / baby crazy Constant drama / creating problems where there were none Terrible with money' Obviously she was incredibly impulsive. She could never see past her current emotions, she was ne…

That's like the Seattle / Portland basic bitch. DTF and probably a borderline alcoholic. Often claims to be bi, but will only be found on the cock carousel.

Yeah why the fuck did he get away with it? Every time I hear that stupid Lil Dicky song I want to throw the bluetooth speaker out the window.

It is incredibly frustrating to be on the receiving end of abuse from someone who passes themselves off as a great person outside the home. "All of my friends love me," and "I don't act this way with anyone else" and similar remarks were a common way for my ex to invalidate my hurt from her actions, and to make me feel guilty and responsible for them. To call it demoralizing doesn't even begin to cover it. I'm still recovering from that cycle of subtle torment and mind fuckery. It really does a …

I used to be like you. But I stopped drinking and smoking altogether and my happiness is way up. My working theory is that if you wouldnt give it to a five year old version of yourself, dont give it to yourself now.

Yep. Depressed girls with low self esteem are especially prone to smoking, drinking, and impulsive drug use. Often associated with a history of abuse. These girls can be wild fun at the bar and in bed, but you will also see major anger issues and meanness come out. They will "love" you more than anyone youve ever known and treat you worse than anyone youve ever been with. It's a young or immature man's trap. You see old grey-haired drunks falling for this type of woman over and over. Have more s…

I was dating a girl a while back who vaped. She had one of those big expensive vapes that can pump a ton of nicotine into your lungs in a single hit. She had been a lifelong smoker before she started vaping. But she was hot and fun, and the sex was good, so I figured, hey, at least its not cigarettes. But the vape still fucking annoyed me. It became a constant presence in my daily life. The loud sucking noise, the huge vapor clouds, the constant maintenence and cost - regularly buying new juice,…

I struggled with the "Just eat a caloric deficit" advice for years. I lost a bunch of weight at first just by eating less and exercising more, but I got stuck on a skinny-fat plateau that lasted a long time. I Just couldn't find a way to integrate carbs into my diet without either a) feeling like shit and being hungry or b) eating too much unintentionally. For me, the solution was to cut all vegetable oils, carbs, and sugar. Nothing processed, no sweets, no beer, no potatoes, bread, or rice. Som…

A few years ago, I was at the bar. A man walked in. He radiated competence, you knew he had his shit together from one glance at him. He was athletic and muscular, and had that classic, well-put-together country look. He was the kind of guy who looks like he drives a pickup and runs some sort of construction business. A woman walked in with him. She was a petite brunette with an incredible body, wearing a muted pink dress that looked painted on. She looked half white, half latina. She was fuckin…

Yeah, I saw a bit of this when I broke up with my ex. I calmly asked her to leave my place. She was hammered, so I offered to buy her a lyft or drive her home. She refused, so I wound up having to threaten to call the cops. She looked at me with hate in her eyes and said, "fucking call them." I finally got her to wake up when I called her mom and asked her to come pick her up. It was like a switch flipped at that point, she became cold and uncaring, and it was all about finding some way to make …

Yes, I've come to realize my "counter-culture" tendencies, came from deeply-rooted feminization and beta directives in my subconscious. The reality is that hot "basic bitches" aren't attracted to me, and I could only reliably bag hyper-feminist english majors / art school chicks because I knew how to walk that walk. At this point, I want to develop into the sort of man who can easily bag normal hot chicks.

This is easily explained by Solipsism. In the moment, she really is radiating this wonderful life energy that makes you feel great, but the trick is that it has nothing to do with you. You just happen to be the lucky sap who gets to experience it in the moment. This is because it's an experience for HER. Not for you. It's about the nice little emotions she's feeling while you stroke her hair after fucking her senseless. That's all it is. Solipsism. As soon as she leaves your place, you exit her …

Look at the messages encoded into their most recent narratives: **Frozen:** the successful, alpha-type man turns out to be an evil lunatic, and the only way to overcome the evil man is through the power of sisterhood. Only Kristoff, the feminized, emotional male character can gain acceptance of the womanhood. (And he was raised by sensitive trolls with no real father figure.) **Wreck-it-Ralph:** Basically Ralph must earn acceptance by becoming a soy-boy. The only other prominent male character i…

I think some guys overcompensate with the Dark Triad because they don't have their "Light Triad" on point. Get both working together, and you're basically playing with cheat codes enabled.

It really baffles me how our culture has let obesity become a "body type" instead of a preventable disease. I guess it helps companies sell more fast food and unnecessary medicine.

I tried the pomodoro technique for a long time but I found that it just didn't work for me. The small breaks just let to distraction, especially after several rounds. I find an all or nothing approach works best, and I batch my work into two hour chunks and them rest after by walking, cleaning, whatever.

The thing about life is that there is only so much to go around. There is a finite amount of attention, and a finite amount of money. A massive celebrity like Chris Pratt gets an enormous amount of attention and money. When someone is looking at his Instagram or watching his movies, that is attention that can't get spent elsewhere. And when Pratt gets paid 10 million or whatever to star in a new blockbuster, that's 10 million that isn't going to other people. But you hear generic advice from the…

Some of the highlights from my blue-pilled LTR days: "I've just always had lots of guy friends..." Goes out to eat with her "guy friend" - guy friend tells her he loves her. I tell her she needs to stop hanging out with him one on one, she loses her shit and suddenly I'm a villain. Ongoing texting relationship with a bartender at a "place I wouldn't like." "You guys would really get along, you should hang out. He likes the same music as you!" Telling me she went to get a drink at a bar by hersel…

2 drinks (a drink being a low-% beer or a small glass of wine) per day is acceptable, preferably wine due to its anti oxidants. There is some material out there that indicates a glass of wine or two per night has health benefits for your heart, and the pleasure it brings obviously helps your health. Some of the longest living people (Ikarians, look it up.) drink a bit of wine every night, with the important distinction that it is always with friends and paired with a diet rich in healthy fats, f…

Alcohol and Cigarettes lower T. Minimize the former, avoid the latter completely, if you value your brain and body working properly. Don Draper is a myth.

Yes being friends with women is awesome. You get their perspective. You get to hang out with them and make your love interests playfully jealous. Sometimes they will cuddle with you or make out with you on the dance floor and / or be great wing men. Sometimes you will share interests with them you don't share with anyone else. Like my one best female friend, we play old Final Fantasies together and commiserate about breakups. If a girl gets her approval, I know I'm not just pussy blinded. I woul…

Ehhh both are great. Tinder can get you experiences you never would have had otherwise, and "IRL" interactions can get you experiences you'd never have on Tinder. Not everyone uses it, so it just expands your options to have both. It doesn't take much to go from matching with someone on Tinder to setting up some sort of date. Happy hour is a great go-to. You just have to be polite and charming, and avoid cheesy first messages. Say something about her looks that isn't just "you're hot". Say somet…
